When you tell the customer you have to dig it up and he's like well can you keep trying...easy for him to say when it's not his equipment getting beat up...all to save his guys an hour of digging. He still has to fix it. Hopefully you tacked on another couple hundred bucks. I can see saving the concrete. Great videos Sir I'm watching from Mid Michigan in the United States.

Yay a new Ollie and Ratty adventure " Blocked Drain"!!!🤣😂😂 Ollie gets me with his catch phrase. And at the the end his signature "All Good"👍🏾!!! "Maybe"🫳🏾!!! Then the 👎🏾 for bad drain. Ollie besides you being entertaining with your your guest stars your children you have educated many of us to the how drains are designed with clay, pvc, and old iron piping. You make us aware so if we ever come across this situation we would prefer to have a plumber with the high pressure water jet system. Also you showing your customers wat is causing the "Blocked Drain"!!! makes more aware to the scammers who act like they cleared it. They tend to leave roots to grow back within two years for repeat service.

Wow the previous owner of my place had planted Ficus along the back retaining wall. A few years went buy and the neighbour complained to my agent about them damaging the fence, sent a tree guy round to quote trimming or cutting down and they told me it should be removed immediately as they should only be planted in large areas. So glad i got them cut down as i could see them cracking the concrete making a b-line to my drain pipes.

At some point, Ollie saying- "All this has gotta go anyway because of bad design." would lead me to believe we really don't need to keep hacking at it for another 3 hours. Just sayin'.
