I am 250lb and I have a 318 watt ebike. I use the lowest power assist most all the time. I also have 3 fairly large hills before I get home. Just before the hill, I go to the highest power assist and pedal as fast as I can. While going up the hill, I down shift. Usually, I don't go below 3rd gear before I crest the hill. Still, this bike is powerful enough for what I need. Thanks for the video.

they do not want 750 watt bikes in Canada and if we have one it will put us in the class 3 or 4 and we can not ride on most trails
