I had my paragard IUD for almost 3 years and now all of a sudden 2 days after projected ovulation, I have sore nipples and cramping the same way I did with my daughter starting at 2 days post ovulation. I’m also extremely bloated. Took tests 3 days in a row, all look negative. I’m still 7 days from my expected period so I’m waiting until it’s closer to test again. I’m so nervous. I saw my Gyno today and he was adamant that there’s almost no chance I’m pregnant. I still chose to remove my IUD just in case. But this wait is killing me
