My father never liked going to the temple because he hated the priest caste,and forced it upon us. Very emotional abusive,pessimistic, and narcissistic. I didn't go to the temple much throughout my childhood until the beginning of Sade Sati(27 years old). Interestingly, my mum is very religious and jovial. Don't know what she saw in him when they were dating?
Don't know if this is lucky, but my dad lost all his money to his mistress, so I can't borrow any money from him. My younger brother hates my father and went no contact after he left us. Since he sponsored my education, I have to take care of him financially. Emotional trauma still there. I don't trust men easily.
As for now, I'm not religious but I still pray before bed time. I realised visiting Hanuman temple gives me some peace.

Does the effect of this Mars get worse when it’s also retrograde? I have this position and I had Mars Mahadasha starting 10 years old and my whole life fell apart then. I was exposed to severe violence over months and years, r*pe, substance abuse, my whole family turned against me, I lost everything, family, friends and it all happened during the duration of Mars MD and everything got better and sunshine fell on me again when Mars MD stopped and Rahu started when I was 17. My retrograde Mars is aspected by Jupiter(debilitated) but it’s also aspected by Venus and Mercury and I know Venus is a malefic for Scorpio, not sure about Mercury. In Navamsa my Mars is exalted retrograde conjunct debilitated Jupiter in the 12th house. Also I have a very strong Saturn in Rashi, it’s my highest Shadbala planet, although it’s highly combust but Saturn dashas are always very beneficial to me, correspond to the best times of my life. Is that because it’s my Navamsa lord? (Saturn is also debilitated in Navamsa btw)

I commented on a previous video about mars in the first house in scorpio for scorpio ascendant. short recap: it was a relatively negative video, explaining the difficulties and problems related to having this position, explaining the hurdles and inner turmoil of such people, and i said that i didn't understand how such a good placement could in actual fact have such bad outcomes in life. i then said it seemed like Kapiel was almost making the bad positions seem good whilst making the good positions seem bad, and this video completely shows this again. a planet in his fall, a lagna lord planet in cancer- the sign of literally its fall, a natural malefic like mars, in the sign of cancer which i cannot state enough- is a placement known as FALL. it means no good, thats why with every raj yoga the lagna lord must be strong either in its own sign or exalted, if the lagna lord is not strong- all yogas are weakened- its in every single vedic text from parashri to jaimini to whatever - lagna lord placement is crucial and must be in its own sign or exalted or else the entire chart is weak. here- its a raj yoga, only good things happen, the roof is of copper and your like a mother to your younger sibling, gives praise to this great placement and even gives remedy for borrowing money. this is ridiculous and makes absolutely NO sense comparing this information to literally any text i have ever read about jhotish and i for the life of me cannot understand why he is doing this, its very very strange because all other information is so amazing and true and has been such an important guide for me that i just cannot comprehend this...im sure there must be a reason at least i hope there is where i am just not understanding something instead of it being something which i alluded to in my previous comment....just saying in no text it says lagna lord must be strong, either in fall or debilitation ok
Are you criticizing his interpretation or are you just confused? I hope it is evident to you that his intentions are good. Sometimes it matters less the “letter” of the law and what matters more is the “spirit” of the law. Try to tune into the spirit of his delivery. Then do your own research and satisfy yourself.

Man Kapiel, it must be so horrible to see that people dislike you and your teachings. Mars Rahu in 9th. I bought a condo many years ago. About a month after I bought it, my dad was diagnosed with cancer. He survived and is doing well. About a year ago, I sold the same condo and about a month later I was diagnosed with cancer. I survived and I’m doing well. Turns out I have a genetic condition which makes me susceptible to cancer. I inherited this from my dad. I’m currently looking for property. Thank you for letting me know that I will need to build right away.
My younger brother has always had issues with my dad. Younger brother has addiction issues also. Despite his issues with the family, he probably gets along better with me than anyone else in the family. I don’t condone his behavior. I see his struggle. I still hope he breaks through someday.
