The video of the man being uncuffed in concerning to me. As a former cop myself if you had someone in cuffs then it was beyond the point of letting them go and giving them a fist bump. If fact, by %, it was MOSTLY "peaceful". I always point out how Dems defended citizens losing their businesses as being "only property" but act as if a broken window at the Capital is the end of days.

There were people definitely braking the law and others that were allowed in by Capitol Police. What we need to know is the involvement of the government agencies in the events of January 6. All videos should be released.

A bus load of "protesters" arrived and left in a bus that was chartered by the FBI. That bus was tracked to a parking garage where the passengers all used monthly parking passes that are billed to a federal account. That information comes from a federal contractor who processed the transactions.

Don't believe "video evidence" by itself. Too many times that evidence was edited. Now, generating a video via AI is extremely easy. There are telltales, but in some cases you have to watch closely to see them.

Another clips shows a very similar man all in black " also with a ear piece " clearing the glass out of the window as if he was creating a safe way in threw that window. The 140 injured police didn't consider the charges made-up. In most cases, the defendants pleaded guilty to their crimes.

One of the videos I saw was a man breaking a window. He was in front of the crowd and police were doing nothing to stop him. Then one of the protesters tried to stop him and he pushed him back into the crowd. When the first man turned to shove the protester, you could see that he had a ear piece in his ear. It was a wired ear piece with the coiled wire. It was not a blue tooth ear bud. There was also pictures of the some of the police not in the places they testified they were on that day.

I think it was more aligned with McCarthy (R) refused to release it due to him taking advisement from security staff that asserted that evacuation protocols shouldn't be privy to potential adversaries. There still are particular sets of footage that will be barred from release. Johnson is going a different route as he was desperate to be elected to speaker but has reached the consensus that the remaining footage should be released. No one is going to watch all the thousands of hours of footage and will only serve their own biased mindset, your stance alone speaks for itself.

Tapes are NOT released if they aren't viewable to everyone everywhere. No one has 40,000 hours to sit at the capital. They're just afraid the defendants' lawyers will see this.
The court didn't view any of the tapes that were available or take them into consideration. A friend of mine is serving 7 months, his personal video clearly recorded the Capitol police inviting him into the Capitol building and telling him to bring everyone in. He asked are you sure the officer affirmed it. He thanked the officers at the entrance and went on in. We found footage from the security cameras that verified that fact, but the footage presented was not considered and now he's in prison. This was all political.
There is a capability, I believe, to search for a certain part - so if you enter in a time (like when your client was there) And particular area of the Capitol, it can show that specific footage?!

From what little has been released, it's not surprising why all those charged with crimes weren't able to get those recordings. The Prosecution had their pick of choice clips, and used them to their great benefit in 'convincing' accused to plea out, or as 'evidence' presented to the courts to obtain convictions. Not that defendants actually had the liberty of working with any legal representation as needed, having unusually restricted access of those accused to such counsel.
And don't forget, the FBI persecution lawyers were caught SPYING on the protected atty/client defense emails, texts and calls. THEY need to b imprisoned
