- 2 Kings 22:2, 8, 11-13 NIV
2 He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord and followed completely the ways of his father David, not turning aside to the right or to the left. 8 Hilkiah the high priest said to Shaphan the secretary, “I have found the Book of the Law in the temple of the Lord.” He gave it to Shaphan, who read it. 11 When the king heard the words of the Book of the Law, he tore his robes. 12 He gave these orders to Hilkiah the priest, Ahikam son of Shaphan, Akbor son of Micaiah, Shaphan the secretary and Asaiah the king’s attendant: 13 “Go and inquire of the Lord for me and for the people and for all Judah about what is written in this book that has been found. Great is the Lord’s anger that burns against us because those who have gone before us have not obeyed the words of this book; they have not acted in accordance with all that is written there concerning us.”

● Repent (Prayer)
● Embrace Scripture or Design (Devotion)
● Remove Idols (Accountability)
Exodus 30:22-25 NIV
Then the Lord said to Moses, 23 “Take the following fine spices: 500 shekels of liquid myrrh, half as much (that is, 250 shekels) of fragrant cinnamon, 250 shekels of fragrant calamus, 24 500 shekels of cassia-all according to the sanctuary shekel-and a hin of olive oil. 25 Make these into a sacred anointing oil, a fragrant blend, the work of a perfumer. It will be the sacred anointing oil."

3. Cane (Discipline)

I didn’t know this dude had all this in him! I was laughing a lot and received such great lessons from this preaching. Thank you Grace Family Church for such wonderful pastors! I enjoy hearing their stories too, as they interject them into the sermons or in events like the marriage conference. Their stories of how they came to know God hells makes my husband and I feel safe. Safe in that we are at a church with others who know the struggle is real but through God’s redemptive plan, we can work at this together! This is not a superficial church at all. We look forward to going on Saturday’s at 5p!

We should never tolerate sin
I have a question - are you saying we should assume people using biblical events for their own glory don't know their mocking God? Should we turn a blind eye to the many ways the sports and entertainment industry ridicule any and every thing related to God? Just curious....how should we respond or not at all?
