    Not that it matters now you’ve got the Nittan system, but pretty sure that is illegal as you can’t mix bells and sounders.

      It isn’t illegal at all. The older Hochiki system had only the conventional bells .. then the use of the building changed and the room in question became a laundry room . British standards state that in noisy areas that it may be necessary to install additional Devices . I’m this instance the YBO-BSB2 was the only option

      Plus if this was the case of it being illegal , then why do shopping centres have a mix of different sounders and voice evacuation ?

      @@liamsams2182 touche though, thought I heard or read something about not being able to mix bells, sounders on continuous, or alternating / sweeping sounders together.
