Dom turned on his family because he has a kid with the Brazilian blonde woman, and she said if he doesn't work for her she will hurt the kid. But eventually because he hesitates to shoot Letty and he didn't want to hurt her so the blond woman shot the Brazilian woman and says if he messes up again she will kill the baby. At the end also Hobbs retired from being a cop because he wanted to spend time with his daughter. At the end Letty forgives him for turning on the family because of the kid and she accepts the kid as her own and they are one big family again.
