Thank you for this video! MANY people do not know their rights as renters!!! I have always been labeled as picky BUT documentation has kept me out of ALOT of court cases. Being in the medical field, we were always taught DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT! It will save your butt! Love the new house girl!
Thank you!!! I am always shocked when I hear stories of what some landlords get away with and that proper documentation would have probably thrown favor to the tenant. When it comes to protecting yourself I don't think anyone can be too picky.

Yes I agree but from our search it was very rare to see a place in great condition with a finished basement and somewhat affordable price.
Is the oven self cleaning?
Yes! Very easy to get those stains and caked on foods cleaned up.
