aespa's vocals are too good..that's why many people don't believe they sing live.. I'm proud as MY because my favorite idol really deserves to be idolized..not just because the songs are good or famous because of controversy, aespa Is trully GG who is full of talents
For those saying its impossible to move while singing live, well, these are professional artists that were trained to do just that. They have been promoting drama and have rehearsed that song many times. They know, for sure, at which part of the song they can be able to catch their breath.
It’s not impossible, but even the best idol vocalists in the industry breathe differently and have slightly different nuances and changes in pitch while singing and dancing live. I’m not saying aespa doesn’t have good vocals or cant sing live (they truly are the overall best vocals of the big 4th gen ggs) but this isn’t live. Its pre-recorded to sound like it. I watch all of aespa’s drama performances and all of them sound exactly the same even down to when they “breathe” 😅

Do you really think SM havent upgrade their vocal training ever since? 3 of them trained for at least 4 years in SM, Ningning has trained since she was a kid, Giselle had her own vocal training given that she was part of a choir group that competed internationally. These are trained people. Did you even hear Ningning fighting against the backtrack? And of course it will be the same up to the point of when they breathe. Like what I said, they were also taught techniques to when to possibly catch their breath. It is very much possible with continuous vocal training plus persistent endurance training.

If you listen to literally any of their live performances, there are small but subtle changes that show that they’re singing humans, not robots.

Have you heard any of Aespa’s encore videos? Now THAT’S live singing, and amazing too. If their encore sounds slightly different from the recorded version, how are you gonna tell me they don’t even change their tonality once while dancing? 😅

the mics are definitely on but the backtrack was extremely loud to the point where im sure this was simply supposed to be lip synced. i dont think they had to sing but since their mics were on they still did it for some parts which i like a lot
