For the Aztec healing clay I use it once a week as a mask for both my face and hair and it works wonders! Also when using use something plastic when mixing it. Anything metal changes the chemical property.

fernandaaa so idk if this would help u somehow, but im just gonna go for it!! if you dont rlly want to keep using fake nails and u want ur natural nails to be done w/o them being short, i recommend you use the cheap fake nails and glue them on yourself, and then u can paint them or have them painted for u, and then after 2 months or so your nails will be a ton longer! i tried this since i bit my nails non stop, and this way avoided me messing ws my nails :))💗💗
