When I first watched, he made me anxious and a little frustrated but I was mostly just rooting the whole time lol (for Koichi and Mr. Jotaro of course) Koichi's the bro either way and Act 3's the Goat👌 But yeah, like the older gentleman with the white hair and facial hair said, they really did Shigechi dirty. He was given a brutal death three times last episode😭 It did work wonderfully to show what a complete evil scum this big head of a sunny blond was before we even got to the poor family (iykyk)
ACT3 FREEZE works better than star platinum Oraora. Perhaps the core of the shear heart attack is deep in a hard shell and cannot reach it with Oraora. Gravity acts on everything within its range of effects.
You know, Echoes Act 3 is really cool and pretty strong, but I hate how after it’s introduced Araki never uses Act 1 & 2’s powers again and only uses Reverb.
ACT 2 actually did show up again but only in the Part 5 manga, when Koichi tracked Giorno down at the cafe after he stole Koichi's luggage. DP and the anime swapped it for ACT 3 again, but Araki didn't forget.

Also, Reverb is just the Romanticized name for Echoes for the English sub/dub, for avoiding copyright and all that. Koichi still distinguishes the three forms as ACTs like how the namesake song has three acts to it.
