Either you can shape it like chicken breast or wrap it on icecream sticks. Seitan is bland but soya nuggets powder gives nice extra aroma and taste. Coupled with marinade and spices my 7 year old son gave up fish and chicken for the same.

Vo maida nhi hai unpadh. Usnay maida say gluten nikal kay Banaya. Gluten protien mein bahut high hoti hai. Around 75 grams of protien per 100 grams of serving.
How 500gm maida contains 100gm gluten? Atual protein content varies between 10-12% in indian maida. If you process well, one kg of maida gives nearly half a kilo of seitan which contains mostly water. So basically you are doubling the protein content of atta. So seitan contains 24-30% protein.

Maida's main problem is high starch and no fibre so it sticks in the gut. But here the starch is mostly gone, only gluten is left. So it's just protein. And frying is not much of problem uf the quality if oil used is fresh and good, and if the quantity if oil that finally we consume isn't too much. I guess it should be okay health-wise, doesn't seem bad as such. Doesn't have amino acids, but then doesn't have traces of injected and trauma hormones either.

No no no. Whole wheat flour is really nutritious on it's own. As you wash it, the nutrients dissolve in water and go away. Maida is a much better option because it's low in nutrients anyway. Once the problem causing starch is removed-- the remaining gluten protein is safe to eat
As mentioned in the video, when we wash the flour we get rid of the starch and are left with protein. There is tons of articles online that explain the process. The same thing can be done with any other flour with gluten.

Dogs once eat nonveg food never like to eat veg,I can give only veg food because I am vegetarian,my question is whether this vegan meat give the same taste like nonveg.

@@abhishekgarg1034You wont find the gluten of whole wheat palatable. You can either mix maida with wheat flour in the ratio 2:1 or make full maida chaap. Dont worry, the starch which causes these issues is washed away and what is left behind is 80% protein by dry weight.

Water is also very valuable for us. don't waste it.

Vegan Chicken banane ki jo vidhi hai woh es vegan chicken ko protein rich banati hai. Vegan Chicken jisey Seitan bhi kehte hai lagbhag 1500 sal purana ek protein rich food hai. Jab hum dough ko pani mein dhote hai tab sara starch nikal jata hai aur sirf bachta hai protein. Aap yeh recipe atte sae bhi bana sakte ho aur fry karne ki jagha bake bhi kar saktey hai.

maida mai toh protien hoti hi nhi . whole wheat ka hota toh sayad better hota
Aisa nahi hai maide ko agar wash kar diya jaye toh usme protien hi bachta hai.
