Stephanie, you can do this! It takes some patience at first, but after a few batches, you will get confident. I bet your beautiful grandchildren would love it!
I have that book; just bought it within the month. :) I love raspberry jam and have a bunch in the freezer. I think I could buy frozen mangos to try this recipe. I ONLY use jam if I eat a bagel for breakfast. so don't go through it very fast either.
That’s how I am, and I rarely have bagels or English muffins. I can tell You that these are always welcome gifts, when we give them to family and friends, though! Give it a try !
