No, that'd be BellO Ciao as Ciao is a male word; As it is in the song, I'd translate it as "pretty lady, goodbye" or "sweetheart, goodbye"

@@CaptainUnreal ...I'm italian, but I never found the language of my country particularly apt to songs. About original versions of a song, I do not entirely agree with you...and talking about italian cover versions of famous foreign songs, I find, during the '60s, we did a good job...in my opinion, we often gave better renditions !!!...Just one example..."PREGHERO'" by Adriano Celentano, cover of Ben E.King's "STAND BY ME" .
