Teacups is a spiralling motion which can open your spine and shoulders with a non-linear movement. If you're used to only moving in linear planes (front back, side to side) - then this is a great one to try and feel the difference. Its like pretending to be a hammer throwing and leaving with a whole new lower back!

Love this one Phaon! Its a really nice warmup and also in between my handpan playing, for the wrist shoulders and spine. Did the one arm with a cup, only no tea for now first practice a bit more 👻

Nice one. How does your whole morning routine look at the moment?
Do you weight train as well or all body weight/movement practice?
I use weights a lot. So a mix of bodyweight and weights. Depends on the right tool for the job!

I know the challenge! Keep going and connect with who you can, even if they aren’t “directly” involved in the movement scene!
Amazing movement… I got a bit sore on the next day 😅😅😅 I did 3x 2 minutes, maybe that was a bit to much 😇 but anyway feeling was great 👍🏼
