  • Let's make this easy no fail sweet and moist brown/wholemeal bread.
    INGREDIENTS:
    Wholemeal/wheat flour - 4 cups/480g
    Sugar - ½ cup/100g
    Water 2.8-3 cups/236ml per cup
    Vanilla 10ml
    Salt 2.5g/½ tea spoon
    Nut meg 2.5g
    Yeast ⅛ tea spoon (please increase if you want the dough to rise quickly)
    Butter - ⅓cup/76g
    Preheat the oven for about 30-40 minutes before baking.
    For this recipe, I preheated at 250 degrees and reduced to 180 while baking. Please experiment with your oven to determine the best temperature.
