I had two boys and I was nauseous all the time on both pregnancies and both were premies! But to look at them today, you’d never know (my oldest is 6’1”!) My case I had endometriosis; doctors said I’d never have children… ha! Hang in there, crackers and ginger ale. 🥴
Ahhh! You just need an autistic friend to come in and organize you, and help you figure out exactly what you need. We, well I love the design and figuring out all the the details and planning it. I don't like to get dirty though. Building furniture is one thing, but having that much dust and sawdust all over me all the time would drive me crazy. A quick build is fine though. 😆 Oh, and if you meet one of us, we are just like you we come in thousands of different flavors, colors, and likes and dislikes, so ask us what we like, and we will give you a detailed list, we all have one thing in common and that is we love to talk about our interests. 😇

Great idea! Shelves or cabinets in the window openings would be nice for extra storage.. they obviously never seem to have enough room for storage!

Leo's haircut makes him look like a little boy and no longer a toddler. He will be a great big brother. Things are looking good.
But please give him room for being angry with his brother for taking his place as "the baby."

Maybe some vitamin B6 might help with the nausea. Might find a video on nausea in the third trimester on Utube might be safer than a drug.🌹❤️

Trent, if your Carhartt pants have double knee pockets, a piece of foam padding can be inserted from the bottom. The foam works great to save your knees. Hang in there, you’re doing great supervising Brandon and Greyson plus installing plus filming.
I remember when some were worried about Leo not talking. It looks to me like he is exploding with conversation. It was all in there the whole time. It's so fun to hear him learning so fast.
Leo was a bit behind and not quite hitting his milestones there for a bit.
With so much love and nurturing, it looks to me like he's doing an amazing job!
He still may be a bit small, but Joel isn't a huge young man either.
Trent is a rather slender man, himself.
It looks like Leo will need braces, but time will tell what his mouth will grow into.
I did work in early childhood intervention for 7 years many, many years ago but haven't kept up with all of the new things that have come out.
What I DO know is that his parents love him and will do everything he might ever need to help him be successful and happy.
I love hearing the progression of Leo's speech. That was my favorite part of watching my own kids grow up, the vocabulary they learned and how they said the big words. Leo saying "electronics" was too adorable!!

Was sick most of my first pregnancy (boy) and got smart and listened to my grandma for the second. Ginger (the real thing, not candy) was what settled the nausea.

Leo is getting so big. It was so impressive that he could stand the smaller blocks of wood on top of the bigger blocks .
And getting the insulation is still a problem after COVID. Supply and demand.
And hopefully soon you will have the wiring done and have the HVAC installed.
It's been so fun to see how much Leo's speech has exploded in the last few months. He's at such a fun age and I am really enjoying watching him.

The loss of Leslie felt as though I had lost a dear friend.
Allie is dealing with grief as well as growing a person, videoing, being a wife and mother, editing, etc...
I know that many of us also do similar jobs, but we don't open up our lives to let the world comment on them.
And you're right!
Coming up with interesting enough content IS a job in itself!
There was a comment on here that has made me grumpy.
It was like: Allie isn't anything special and to stop deifying her because she's a content creator.
I found that comment not just unfair, but untrue!
As I've thought about it, it leaves me with a feeling like this person feels underappreciated.
Being ugly to/about Allie doesn't help that, though.
Also, in a way, Trent and Allie are celebrities.
Maybe not in the George Clooney Julia Robert's way, but lots more relatably.
As I said, it's left me fairly grumpy.
I think many (I have 5) of my sisters are amazing!
I think my Mom is amazing!
She was a widow at 41 with 6 of her 8 children still at home with the youngest being 8 1/2 months old. Her 43 year old husband of 21 years is diagnosed with cancer and is dead 4 months later.
She went back to college, finished her teaching degree, and at 47 went on to teach for 20 years and finish raising her children while having 25 grandchildren come along, too.

I am amazed that Trent and Brandon can put their hands to almost any job. My husband struggles to wire a plug but both Trent and Brandon never seem fazed when given a challenge. x

Morning! Leo looks like a mountain climber! When my daughter lived in Torbay, Newfoundland, she’d often feel like she was being watched, she’d look up and there would be a big moose staring in her window!! Sometimes they would rest their heads I. The deck railings!

His speech is getting so much better 🤍 such a big boy 👦🏽 🥰 I’m sorry you are feeling sick love, I’ve never had morning sickness with either of my kiddos but I definitely had heartburn, which is weird because my babies came out bald 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ they were little hairy monkeys the first two weeks so that’s probably where it came from… nesting at its finest! Have you considered installing an exterior outlet close to your French Doors? Just in Case. Leo is begining to verbalise his words More clearly, It's amazing how SMART he is.
The wildlife around your home is just amazing. Such Beautiful creatures. Something not everyone gets to see in the wild every day. Leo's dinosaur outfit is just so adorable and he is growing so fast and interested in everything and learning so much. He is just the right age to be a big brother......his new job, to protect his little brother. I can't wait to see their interactions with each other. Be Blessed!

There’s a reason that our families moved to Southern California in the 1930-1950’s.
My family moved here in the late 30’s. I love it here, I live rural Riverside, County.
Much Respect, we have intense snow in our mountains, but not like where you are.

I live in northern Utah, too, but they really live up high on that mountain.
I have a fairly good idea of the general area they live in.
I don't try to look for them because that's creepy.
We really did have a lot of really dry Winters that gave people the wrong idea about these mountains - and this year was NOTHING compared to last year.
This coming Friday it's supposed to be 71⁰, but then it's going right back into the mid 50s for highs and mi's 30s for the lows.
If we get any rain, those mountains will still get snow.
There's great beauty, but that snow removal can get quite exhausting.
I'm not sure Allie will ever be able to have much of a garden without having it covered every night for frost and not much more than a 90 day growth time.
She could probably do a tall, very covered bed of lettuces, but will have to work HARD to keep the wildlife out of it.
It IS very beautiful!
If Joel moves away from the area, maybe Trent and Allie might choose to leave?
But then there is the rest of Trent's family and Allie's Dad is practically moved to the area, too.
The next several years should be exciting/interesting!
I'm an Alaskan (another moose state) and I just gotta tell you how dangerous moose are. They can kill an adult in no time let alone a child and dogs. Whatever you do stay away from one if you see it in your yard. And they are fast when stressed! It doesn't take much for them to feel fear...
I have been chansed twice off male moose, different moose’s. 😊 It’s no joke! 🤬 I live in south of Sweden. I totalt agree.
Moose are definitely best to admire from a distance…a very far away distance.
And they are especially threatened by (and therefore aggressive toward) dogs. They reportedly lump all dogs in with wolves, which are predators of moose.
We lived Ak on Ft Richardson for 3 years 77-80 and Moose will attack cars.
After living in Alaska for 40 years, I still check before i enter or leave the house or a vehicle. There are no moose here; but I always check. Especially between out buildings. I was trapped in my chicken coop for hours by a couple moose. Chicken coop got an upgrade of a radio (before cell phones), a book, and a stool that could be stowed away from them so it was clean to sit on. Moose are fun to watch but stay safe and always keep the dogs away.

I missed you on Monday and checked several times a day all week. I was so worried about the baby. Thank goodness all are well. (Except for Trent's neck and Allie's tummy...) Good to see your smiling faces & your new furry friend!
My son it’s a soft wire electrician in Las Vegas. He never complained about work, heat, cold, rain, sun…he just kept working away. Now he’s in management & watching over a team of guys, $$$ cost over runs, job site issues, you know…construction stuff. He can be an Eeyore sometimes but goodness…he loves construction stuff. 💜💜💜 You’ve got this Trent!
I am praying for a good rest of the pregnancy Allie. I lived on soda crackers & ginger ale with my first two babies - 50 years ago. I still remember those times!!!

Yes, third trimester nausea is real. I had it with my big boys, as well as reflux. It was constant with no actual vomiting. I think it has to do with where they are sitting, close to your stomach.
Also, I would just suggest that when you take the windows out in the sunroom, put lots of blocking in and build some shelves. that might help with creating a place for some of the stuff you kept in the window sills and around the desk. Good luck and keep up the good work!

Allie, my wife's been nauseas her entire pregnancy (in 3rd trimester now as well) and diclectin has worked wonders to keep it at bay.

Cinnamon discs candy by Reeds was what i used for nausea when i was pregnant. Nowadays, its Peppermint oil or ginger for any nausea type feelings now that I'm older 😊
Allie, I was only nauseous with baby #3 - the whole pregnancy!! Saltines were my friend. Never got sick to my stomach. just icky tummy. Praying all continues to go well for you.
