Thank you very much for the cherry blossom information! Will arrive in Japan towards the end of March, just in time to enjoy your wonderful Sakura festival 🤗 ⛩️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Hi, very good video and useful especially for tourist visiting in the coming months. Referring to the video, there is a part of it saying 'blooming is expected to last at least 2 weeks' . Are you saying that If I'm visiting osaka between 17-20 April, there is possibility that full bloom is still around? But I do understand all that weather will be the variable.
It's hard to predict if by 17-20 it will still be in full bloom. But you might still find it in mountainous regions or where the weather is usually colder
Hi! It's hard to tell because sakura season may start in different days from each year. But stay tuned for the sakura forecast for the next year. The Japanese meteorological agency starts publishing the forecast around February
For sure yes, i live in Osaka The peak bloom should be in the early april And at that time you must visit Osaka Castle and it's garden, it's lovely in there I'm sorry for my english i hope you understand
Hey! Thanks for the info. So the full bloom lasts a week then they start to loose their petals right? Is full bloom the best time for photography? Thank you, Paul
Hi, I check your latest forecast and it says for Tokyo, the full bloom is expected on 24th March, and I will be in Tokyo by the 6th of April. (Counting 12 days from full bloom), from your experience, would I be able to catch the blooming still?
Hi! According to the latest forecast, sakura might be ending by April 6th. If you can't catch sakura in Tokyo, I strongly suggest that you go to Yamanashi, which is not so far from Tokyo, and it might be in full bloom. In my opinion, chureito pagoda is the most beautiful place I've seen so far during sakura season.
Hi. The sakura blooming usually occurs between m8d March and beginning of April. It lasts around 2 weeks and depending on the weather it can be a little earlier like this year, or a little late.
I'm obsessed with these beautiful flowers and this video is really helpful to understand the blooming cycle or when it'll start. 🌸
