His death was definitely planned by either some underground people among his colleagues (because of his progress in the military) or by some underground people within the government (because knowing that this captain is honest and a man of integrity who won't accept corruption, they payed for his death and now they're hidding their faces behind his killers). The truth is few people among the killers know the real deal behind his death, it was planned, is not mere coincidence. And the village is already into instant justice/lynching so things worked out perfectly for them but GOD is watching and they will all pay for this, both the killers and the people behind it.
