Oh, and I forgot to mention for Out of Commission fail too in GTA IV. You can kill Jacob before or during the chase with Pegorino's Goons. (the fail cutscene from Niko, Jacob and Roman was duplicated) And maybe you should include fail cutscenes or phone calls variants as well, like Shadow, for example, where Niko has 2 variants when he kills the Dealer too early.
