I researched Sole and the reviews for their customer service were awful. Even on the BBB site there were tons of complaints as well as on Amazon. That alone would stop me from purchasing from them sadly.
The reviewers that you’re reading might have different goals though. This video is specifically about treadmills good for WALKING. For instance… a random reviewer might give only 3 stars for a treadmill because it only goes up to 8mph. That might suck for running, hence the low review. However, that might be perfect for someone looking for a treadmill ONLY for walking.
