I made it up to 4:20. When I select my text layer and my shape 1 layer, and move them forward in the timeline, this does not change the timing of when the text comes in vs the white box. I want the white box to start coming together before the text comes together but no matter when I move them on the timeline, they still animate at the same time. Help.

The best way to adjust the fonts and the graphic in Premier pro is to export AE composition into a template and import it into Premier pro
