They are outlawed in many states I believe here as well because they are extremely toxic and combustible to the environment that’s why people dump them all over the place because here In Ohio it’s usually 20$ a tire and the dump and they are not allowed to dump them in with the regular trash I believe if you look up the EPA website it will show you that tires and other stuff is not allowed to be dumped with solid waste
Dang that collection company must not have much money if they can't afford a curotto can , they are hauling a large dumpster with wheels on it which looks a bit strange.
A TV usually doesn't have any batteries in it, so there is no energy to start any fire. Anything with batteries, especially Lithium-ion batteries, can be very dangerous and start fires easily! However electronics should always be recycled separately of course, as there can be other toxic materials, like for example, Lead and Quicksilver in them.
🤦♀Things like tires and especially those fluorescent light bulbs which contain mercury, should definitely NOT be going to the landfill. California should know better!
Their EPA laws in the United States prohibit any waste collection agency from hauling tires to any landfill in the United States because of the risk of pollution form fires and the fact that tires hold toxic gases from the landfill rotting garbage and can cause liner failure which causes pollution in groundwater around the landfill area and affects groundwater quality around all areas near the site for about two to five hundred miles that’s why landfills are extremely policed and under constant EPA rules and regulations and are very strict on what goes into landfills some states more than others but all 50 states are not allowed to have tires dumped in the regular landfill because they take up to much room and do not decompose like regular sanitary trash also they do cause damage to landfill liners and hold extremely toxic and dangerous gases from landfill such as methane and other toxic explosive materials

Well that’s ware for ya
I agree with you slow and steady
Why they pick up the TV that’s part of electricity I thought that can catch the truck on fire
This year they didn’t have a truck out for that so they took everything in the truck

They better hope the EPA doesn’t see this video
Well I have a rule that says they can’t use it against drivers or the company so I can report if they do
Fluorescent tubes and tires are hazardous waste!!!!! Don't people understand that?
