Greek Feta and Spinach Potato Casserole - Great Easter Side Dish - Food Wishes

This might not be an authentic Greek recipe, but it’s certainly inspired by Greek cuisine, and I really loved how this came out. This simple feta, spinach, and potato casserole would make for a great Easter holiday side dish option. Enjoy!
