“Punta de Mita” is the town, “Punta Mita” is the gated resort area.
Exactly
Correcto!!!
Si!
Asi es. Yo ahi chambeo.
Just bought a beautiful home in PUNTA MITA not punta de mita :)
0:33 That "Hola! Buenos dias" sounded very native Hilary! It was pretty funny too...
I know right.. they’re learning way too fast lol
Hillary's the best! ☺️
I'm curious to know what the lady on the other side of the closed screen door answered, lol 😆
"Hola buenos días" jajaja que susto le pegaron a Hilary.
Hasta se puso más blanca xd !!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Creo que diría lo mismo, por pasarme de listo jaja.
Le salio el español.
Alguien me podría decir que le pasó a Gregorio y si ya se curó de la pata?
I myself do enjoy your short videos, I also like your longer videos. For me, as long as you keep being authentic and humble and bien chidos, any format works. Un abrazo ❤️
Villas and hotel rooms for the 1% can't match being in contact with the real culture, people, food, buildings etc of a paradise like Puerto Vallarta!
Nicely said 😍
Awwww! Cutest kitten ever! Keep it Hillary ♥️☺️ BTW I am reading so many comments of the short and abrupt cut off endings and I have to say that personally I love your videos now more than before and love the cut off endings because it feels more real, more natural vs your previous videos that seemed too scripted. In the spirit of not getting into the perfectionism and not getting into the feeling that what you do is never good enough... Lets just say I think you guys are doing awesome ☺️☺️👌
I volunteered a few times when I was traveling to Mazatlan with a local organization that went into the poor colonias and to the dump where people 'worked' sifting through garbage. It was the most humbling experience to be standing amongst cardboard homes in the dirt and know THIS is what someone called home. It really opened my eyes to the divide of the poor and the .. making ends meet folk.
Seeing how people with nothing were so full of joy, and how much my simple bringing of fresh water brought light to their life is something I can never forget.. It very much made me appreciate what I have, and to be more mindful of it. Very much a have less, do more experience!
((and speaking of which - I miss your spiel of "ring the bell to be notified... EVERYTIME" at the end of the videos. Bring back the classic lol.))
What organization?

35 years ago I made a wrong turn in a rental car somewhere around Ensenada and ended up lost in some hillside village in a rainstorm. Saw people living in appliance boxes with plastic sheeting for a roof. The dirt road through town ended at a steep cliff with water and garbage was pouring over. Down below were dozens of kids and grandmas picking through giant piles of garbage in the heavy rain. Left an indelible impression on a 19 year old spring break college kid looking for beach party.
Oh mi gato! Muy bonito!
You're truly adventurous always so humble and sincere
Gotta be honest. I’ve always loved you guys and your videos but these short and abruptly cut off videos are just not the same as your previous vlogs. Always loved wandering the neighborhoods of Puerto Vallarta with you guys and really hope you’ll go back to your previous format.
Wellll they have an excuse for this one... I bet it is a bit hard to walk, explore and record when Greg is in crutches :P
Sorry guys, the short video and the chopped off ending feels rude and unsatisfactory. It’s not a good experience for viewed. I hope you are experimenting and are open to feed back.
I don't mind the short videos but don't care for the abrupt cut off endings...
They are probably fighting and don't talk. So they just cut off the video. I was just in such a type of off and on relationship. I can relate.
You guys should be happy that they are still making videos for us. You have to understand that there is not much they can do with the pandemic going on and Greg having a broken foot. I thought this video was great.👍
Punta de Mita is incredibly beautiful, and with so many activities to enjoy, you may never want to leave. However, the nearby towns are well worth exploring too, full of interesting restaurants, beautiful shops, and local culture.
And people like you guys make Mexico a beautiful country!
Love your new accessory (hat) Hillary!
BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!
Viendo maratón de los nuevos videos. Los amo chicos!
Buen video 👌 la verdad me gustan mucho como explican las cosas
Those sounds...island life. Love it
I appreciate this video on Punta Mita. 🇲🇽 I’m currently in the process of trying to pick a destination to visit and this opened up my eyes to the various sides to the town.
Love it Adventure with you guys. 😁👍🏽💗
Punta Mita is amazing! I really loved it my last visit a month ago.
Love it all, I would love to stay there maybe in the near future!
gracias por compartir amigos!!!
how cute!!!
I am Mexican American. And though I have been to some places in Mexico, Cabo, Acapulco, Cozumel, etc. I am seeing the other rich parts of Mexico, as its so diverse, and the food is great. Thank you for your videos, very informative and inspiring. God bless.
No conocía ese lugar ¡Muy buen video! 👍👍👍

Hi guys I love your videos you're awesome
Brother I love you guys videos
Hola saludos desde Phoenix, AZ 👋
This was a nice honest video. What a difference, it should be cheap too to stay
I like the subtle way you asked for a comp night or two at the $1,000/night resort. Always nice to know how the other half lives, if only for a day. Saludos mis Kennons! 😀
BahahahajahJa that was a awesome intro.
That was literally someone's 🏠
Kitteeeeeeee! :)
Hola! Buenos días! Wow wooooow !
Hola amigos! Tienen que visitar el Jardin Botanico de Vallarta. Es muy bello.
Look at those guns on Goya. Crutches suck but the GAINS are 🤩
Once can learned a lot watching your videos! I didn't even know where that is. I had to Google it. Watching your videos is like hanging out with the cool friends you've kept since high school. There's so much familiarity. Whatever happened to your leg. I hope you recover quickly. You were never able to keep up with Hilary anyway! (j/k). Great adventures!
Sweet brothers!
Saludos los al miró mucho sigan adelante. 🙏
No worries, I love the short video!
A+🤗
@the 3 minute mark, you're walking in front of my place. 🥳👍🇲🇽✌️ I was home, up on my terraced smoking weed and watching ya.... My buddy in NC sent me this video this morning and I immediately remembered! Lol
And OMG the bus stop was NOT three miles away! Lol.... It is literally one block up the hill, across from the white church, on the corner of the futbol field.
Extra kudos to güerita who I am sure had to carry all the heavy gear around while Goyo limps around town!
Thank you for sharing. I just was looking at the Four Seasons in Punta Mita and it looked so sterile and contrived. I appreciate luxury but with culture and character. Would like to stay at Casa Kimberly with its wonderful history and character.
The grounds are really nice but the buildings look like a Ramada Inn and the rooms are in need of an update and they aren’t very Four Seasons looking.
They also have few lounge chairs available on the beach and people fight over them. If you want to reserve one, you have to arrive early in the morning and tip the attendants very well.
@@JRLOC Thanks for the information.
You guys are living la vida loca
Nice video. Hope you get an invitation from 4 Seasons in Punta Mita. I bet it’s an amazing and beautiful place.
God bless you, Goyo
You should visit the festival of Las Varas Nayarit. Every 3-12 of February.
I loved your short but astute video with the realization that both the rich and poor enjoy the same sunset. I had a similar epiphany during my three month stay at Playa Norte on Isla Mujeres years ago swimming at this beautiful beach and enjoying numerous sunsets. I also came to the conclusion that my multi-millionaire real estate developer friend wouldn't have had an enjoyable stay where I was in paradise because we wouldn't have the same "power" that he enjoys when he stays at the fancy resorts in Mexico. No one would know that he's rich. My theory is that's largely WHY the wealthy class like the $1000 dollar and up resorts - its a status symbol. The irony as you alluded too is it's much more fun to be with the locals and frankly eating better food and experiencing the culture - the rich, gilded world is boring and the food is average at best - but they can be comfortable knowing that their neighbor could afford the $1000 a night rate. And sadly, that's sort of the point.
GRACIAS AMIGOS CREO QUE LEYERON MIS RECOMENDACIONES TAMBIEN ESTA GUAYABITOS...
Saludos Amigos!!!!!
One upshot of Greg's unfortunate foot injury.....those guns of his are looking pretty impressive!.....:)
This part of Punta Mita was called El Anchlote.
First 😁👍🏽
Punta Mita is my favorite place on earth 🌍 when retired that’s where I’m going🇲🇽
Love your videos guys, thanks for showing everything about my country. Heads up, beaches, all around Mexico, are being reinforced by the government to remain public. It is, it was and it will stay in our constitution that the whole Mexican coast line is, and it will stay, open to the public to enjoy those sunsets no matter what or who. Report any abuse by anyone. Yes, that includes Mr Gates. You are not trespassing any beach and anybody who tells you otherwise is subject to be punished by law. Have fun guys!
I love the "rock" streets. They are starting to disappear so it's nice to still see them.
Jajajaja hola buenos día.... no creo que se enojara, igual le dio risa
Interesting clip thanks, the high end four seasons looked a bit sterile.
Wow!!... Pensé que no subían videos... Porque RUclips no me notifica sus videos
Para que pase eso es por que le empujastes a algo
Haven’t heard y’all say “have less, do more, be more” at the end of your videos in awhile. Great video anyway!
I was originally really drawn to that community minded and modest attitude.
but they did have a kitten so it evens out!
@@sayat8nova agreed!
I hope the humble sides can stay that way
12 comment still good. Hehe be safe and take care guys!😁
I’ve been to FSPM dozens of times and it’s actually closer to $1,500-$2,000 if you want a good view and Beachfront is $2,500-$4,000 per night in season. Beautiful views but a bit run down and often too many families with children. Sorry but the last thing I want to hear on vacation is someone’s screaming kid.
Hilary you look cute with the sombrero
👍😄❤️
Hola buenos días 😂🤣🤣
your videos are very short and they end suddenly, why?
Hillary looks very beautiful with her beach hat
Good afternoon ! Where you guys able to see Christopher Langan with IQ of 207 on RUclips? Thanks Kennons! Have fun 👀☝🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hello! American Friends!
Friday's they have a good give away
Have spent a month in Punta de Mita for 2yrs in a row. Prefer the friendly locals anyday over the rich side.
If you could have walked to the end of the main road as opposed to climbing the boat ramp you would have come to the long stretch of white sand beach. I have beachcomber for miles with my family. There are caves & sand rocks ....my favourite beach so far.
Do you know what’s the name of the beach?? I’m going to punta mita next week :)
19.5 million USD is about 390 million pesos...
I woulda snagged that cat in a New York second...
amigas, amigos los invitamos a ver nuestro trabajo artesanal. Dando click en nuestra imagen.
Y'all kept saying $1,000 a night and I'm like, "really? No way that's a steal"
Then I saw it's a 2 year old video. Today the prices are over $4,000 per night
I just wondering if you living in Mexico
19 million dollars is approximately 375 million pesos, give or take a little, in today's exchange rate.
403,014,700 pesos actually!
19 million dollars in today's Mexican currency which is 20 pesos to $1 usd That will be 380 million pesos 😱
🏡🏠🏡😮 dólares
Every time I watch these videos I ask myself what the hell I am doing living in SF.
In what state is punta mita????
Nayarit
Punta Mita is not a city, It is a luxury tourist development. Cities or villages around it are: El Anclote, Sayulita and a few others.
Correto Gabriel es como si se dijera que Punta Diamente es todo Acapulco.Saludos desde San Juan Puerto Rico.
Enjoy Guys...after all...there might be borderlines and different people, RACES and IDIOMS...WAYS OF THINKING...RELIGIÓNS and DIFFERENT THEORIES...PHILOSOPHICAL OBSERVATIONS AND NATIONALITIES... but...despite all that....IT IS STILL OUR WORLD...OUR PLANET...OUR PLACE...OUR HOME IN THE UNIVERSE...BELONGS TO US ALL...
Siempre deben tener un plan B
No esperar que se les de todo
Since there are NO PRIVATE BEACHES allowed in Mexico, how does the Four Seasons at Punta Mita comply with maintaining an access to the beach through their property?
I hear there isn't any. Some say they might sell day passes and others say there is a trail to the beaches from the town along the rocky coastline.
keep dreaming
@@wibli Why dream? That's the law. "EL CONGRESO GENERAL DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS, DECRETA: SE ADICIONAN DIVERSAS DISPOSICIONES A LA LEY GENERAL DE BIENES NACIONALES, PARA GARANTIZAR EL LIBRE ACCESO Y TRÁNSITO EN LAS PLAYAS. ... Dichos accesos serán considerados servidumbre, en términos de la fracción VIII del artículo 143 de esta Ley.Oct 21, 2020
@@LuckyBaldwin777 Here's an article from 2019 where the fence blocking access for taken down by order of the government. "La Dirección General de Zona Federal Marítimo Terrestre informó que la reja que impedía el acceso fue retirada y se convocó a la población de Punta Mita para acceder nuevamente a la playa."
I prefer the village of Punta de Mita over the gated overpriced area inside the gated area of Punta Mita
How is your dog bite healing ,you should stick you cats . The seem to love you
Was looking for info about punta Mita and didn't learn much from this video. Too much focus on 4 seasons and that's basically it. Then you ended up in PV
B tardes amigo como va tu pie veo que no te estás quiero cuídate saludos cordiales desde Guadalajara Jalisco México
To bad you couldn’t show us the cheap side of punta Mita.
Punta de Mita actually doesn´t exist, its either Corral de Risco o Emiliano Zacapata. Punta Mita is the secluded gringo peninsula "expropieted" by former president Salinas de Gortari
the beach shouldn't be private it's on the Mexican constitution
