The ladies oak writing desk is very fine, and the price is right. There was a lot to see in those stores. We don’t get near as many good vintage items as you find down there. It is always nice to see them saved by you.🖤🇨🇦
Before it was a ReStore, it was a tea room / antique & craft mall. More interesting, and why it's laid out weird and have to walk downstairs, is that it was a bowling alley! I bowled my highest game of 225 back in Jr high school ;-)
You are in my neck of the woods. The Restore was an antique store but before that it was a bowling alley. My kids went to and had many birthday parties there. Not too far away in Croyden is Kat's Antiques. In Bristol Borough there are a few antique stores on Mill Street.
You were right in getting the picture of the annunciation coming up on April 8 the Catholic Church, that day is the feast day of the annunciation , what a beautiful picture I would pay monies for that picture for my church.
Oh, Scott! Talking about Methodist bible school songs! My mother was a Methodist Choir Director for 35 years! She also played piano for the children's opening before Sunday school. Thank you for that little memory boost! ❤️🌹
I'm sitting here crying because I can't drive to that store and buy that ice chips table/chrs. for kids. And those blue candle holders with prisms.. I would take me days to get there. 😭
Scott, you have to go back and get that fabulous chair! What a find, let’s compare it to a Pork Roll Sandwich, a couple packs of Butterscotch Krimpets, and a Philly Cheesesteak with whatever you want on it. I will trade you for your snacks for that chair, is it a Deal😂😂……. Oh, and I will throw in a Wawa soft pretzel 👏👏
Kudos to Jeffrey for representing Catholics, "No, we don't sing that song", and Priscilla curtains (there is a scene towards the end of the movie 'Leave Her to Heaven' that features a huge window with Priscilla curtains that ignited a life goal in me)but he is so wrong about pretzels. Pretzels, especially soft pretzels, are manna from heaven if you're from the Philly area. Like Grace said in 'Will & Grace' regarding Jews and Chicken..."It's real and it's deep"...so it is with Pennsylvanians and Pretzels. I don't know why he can't get Tasty Cakes in Massachusetts? I'm in North Carolina, but working my way back home, and they're sold in many places here. Fun show 🎉
Scott just an FYI the Goodwill stores have their half off day once a week and furniture is included a year ago Goodwill had their special which was $.99 and that included furniture as well now they wised up and made their special day 50% off of a particular color. Keep your eye out because if that color is on sale on 50% off day it might be a good deal and worth it to recover the sofa. My thought about the chair that was not recovered is the fact that maybe it was languishing in an attic or a barn and that is why I didn’t get reupholstered with the sofa💙
I know this doesnt have anything to do with your video and I apologize, But was wanting to know if know Philip Mawford? He is a thrifter as well and collected depression glass. I havent seen any videos from him in months and have been trying to find out why and have no luck. Would appreciate if you know anything Ty.
@@oldcuriosityshop265 Oh Thank you so much! I very Grateful! God Bless you! I just know I haven't seen him post any videos and was Concerned if Something happened to him. Again Ty! And also Love your channel!
2 vlogs in 1 day PLUS your sale tonight?!? My heart be still
My wife and I enjoy your channel very much...keep it up Mr. Scott!!!
I'd buy that desk. I scoop up deals when I see them whether I have the room or not. I'm just like my dad.
There are such deals on old furniture out there. And I like and collect brown wood furniture.
Jeffrey is an excellent moderator on your live sales.
I'm with Jeffrey! My favorite stop going to work was wahwa to get my coconut cream pies 😊 great fun shop a long 👍
Thank you for taking us along on this very fun thrifting adventure! Hope you had a wonderful Easter
Baptist sing "Do Lord".. Many years ago. lol And "This little Light of Mine" "I got the Joy Joy down in my heart"
But don't ask what I did yesterday.
❤

I really enjoy when you too are together.
Hope you got those flower frogs...say $12 each value in Pac NW.
The Annunciation…I would have bought that in a heartbeat!
I LOVE that chair and sofa with either fabric. I want it in little.
I would rather my veneers be pulled off by a Lobster Roll 😘
Watermelon glass! 🥰🥰
Thanks for taking us along on your adventures in shopping.
I laughed so hard that I almost swallowed my tongue when you did the Lawrence Welk impression 😂
Scott your entry is so funny I almost choked on my coffee hahaha😂😂😂
personally, I like the flower frog without the lip on it. it would fit better inside a vase or bowl.
Love the desk ❤
What an awesome sofa and chair. That would be so beautiful to have redone.
Nice to see Jeffrey along for the ride. Hope you both had a nice Easter!
Lovely sofa and chair.
You guys are a hoot together! The desk was awesome. So many cool items😎
❤❤❤❤
Bean salad is one of my favorites
My mother made great three bean salad. Yummy 😋.
I would leave the chair just the way it is... It's beautiful

My husband LOVES three bean salad. Good finds today.❤
That was fun...can't believe that the oak chairs are still there 😮

Beautiful desk 👍
I want a lobster roll, a pretzel and a Tasty cake, and I just ate supper!! 😋

Ditto!
Scott, thanks for leaving the kings Cown. I scooped them up for my Etsy shop. Hubby and I were probably there right after you. We love your videos!
Beautiful picture of the Annunciation. Love religion art.
I love that bed set too!!! I can have everything I want if I make it in miniature.

The Baptist sing it!
Guys that was so much fun!! When you guys give up your day jobs you need to go on the road is comedians😂 Safe travels Jeffrey Home💙
Lol loved this!!!
I needed some laughs today, and you certainly provided some. Thanks from British Columbia Canada 🇨🇦
Wow I live almost around the corner from 2nd Ave. I’m going to have to go there more often scoop up some finds I love Uranium Glass ❤
LOVED all the pretty glass! I will be going on a glass treasure hunt at the end of April!
I would ask the Pharmacist for math also! I can’t do simple division 👍
That cracked iced child table so cute...i like the drinkin buddies too jeffrey lol
I grew up singing, "Do Lord." 😊
I'm sitting here crying because I can't drive to that store and buy that ice chips table/chrs. for kids. And those blue candle holders with prisms.. I would take me days to get there. 😭
Don't feel too bad because all of the items you are interested in were being offered in the "silent auction" section of the store.
@@oldcuriosityshop265 probably a good thing I don't live near by.... I'd have bid my rent $ on it... lol
Use to love getting pretzels in Philly with a little mustard. I'm jealous. Enjoy.

Two video’s and a Live in one day…???👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁😉
This old Baptist remembers that song from Sunday school and vacation bible school.
Did you notice that Jeffrey’s green jacket and blue jeans/hat matched those conference room chairs?

That antique chair would not need reapolstry. You can dye the material. Nice chair!
The next comedy duo😅
That is a big pretzel.I didn't know they were available in that size.
Loved that Singer mcm book. eBay or live sale?
Thank you George. The book will be for sale on the 4th Monday night of this month during my "Unbreakables" live sale!
Is it possible to dye the fabric of that old chair? It would be great to see it in that rose color again.
Was that the Restore with all the book? My Restore in a neighboring county to Bucks never has had books. That was fun.
Yes the Restore was the location with all of the books.
Pretzels are better with mustard!
I collect flower frogs! I’d pay $16 for 2, here.
Scott, are you contributing to the delinquency of minors again, pressuring Jeffrey to buy that print?! 😂
Scott did you do a wrap up on your Barbie Clothes. Sell them all ? And yes, we sang Do Lord every Sunday!
I’ll give an update this week!
Love wawa 🥨

I want you two together. Just saying.
What is wrong with you guys?! Jeffrey brings TWO home in his Jeep now and then gets the other TWO on the next visit.
You're gonna rot your teeth lol
Who is?
You from all those Lilly pops lol
