      As a former undercover journalist: news outlets quietly pay fees to those inside for interviews, footage etc... while govt officials do not and cannot. With journalists even narcos can sign disclaimers. For this vid, the UK news outlet wouldve paid the local police for connection to this mini drug dealing gang while also offering their protection. Its called corruption.
