Sometimes, you remember more about the experience than the food. You will not be forgetting about this one for awhile! The presentation of these dishes was incredible.
This is actually amazing. Has to be one of the most unique dining experiences I have ever seen. Safe to say it's added to the Vegas bucket list. Great video and thanks for sharing.
I have always wondered about that place. I would love to go but I don’t really like truffles. You said something Josh that captured how I feel about travel. “We travel for food”. So appropriate! Some of my most favorite memories are when we went somewhere and I can remember the entire experience from the meal we had. I can remember the weather, the wine, the smell in the air, the people around us, the feeling of happiness with my husband and of course the food! Thank you both for doing this - it’s a lot of money but hey, it’s an experience and I’m sure you will remember it! At the end of all of this it’s the experiences we treasure.
I've had this meal in 2018 and it was excellent. You don't get a lot of restaurants cooking food at this level and also making it fun. About half of the dishes are still the same, but they all seem evolved in some way since I've had them. I think it's absolutely worth the money, given the amount of preparation, the quality of the ingredients and how personal it is. Asking questions and interacting with the chef is, as you said, key in a chef's table to get the full experience.
Damn this is a special meal. Lots of top tier ingredients in mind blowing combinations and presentations. Looks like 21 unique meals that you can’t make at home.
What an amazing dining experience!!! Thank you for sharing your experience. It appears they go over the top to make you appreciate the value. It had to be amazing for Josh to eat mushrooms!!!🤣🤣
What an incredible dining experience. Thanks for taking us along . The closest I ever came to this was at Alex in the Wynn when it first opened up many years ago . # Wulffdendad
Wowwwww love this sooo much!! This is definitely one of my bucket list dining experiences in Las Vegas... I need to win big to make it happen tho haha. Thanks for giving so much detail, I super appreciate it! 🥰❤🥳
The Txangurro is pronounced with a "Z" sound. T is silent and the X is pronounced with the Z, of course when there are 2 R's you roll them. Zangurro is the way it should be pronounced. Phenomenal video. Thank you so much for this.
Ever since I found your channel, this is the experience I have been waiting for you to share with us. Thank you! Having dined there twice myself, I am happy that you finally experienced é. Your lead chef was my lead chef last time. Might we see Ito this year?
Thanks so much. We held off until we had seen that they allowed some filming since when we first heard heard of it we read that they only allowed pictures. Ito is a hard one for us since we know our shortcomings, and being good at describing sushi dishes seems to be it.
Finally! 2 things here... maybe a 3rd 1st-Thank you for doing the explanation of the courses, can confirm it's exactly how these 2 explained it. 2ndly- Cotton candy foie gras is life. The maybe 3rd- #shitsgood
Wow looks really cool ! Loved all the unique foods. Would definitely try this . Most expensive restaurant I’ve done in Vegas so far was Le Cirque at Bellagio which was excellent but not as personal or as many courses . Definitely worth it …ya only live once 😎😎😎
We have talked about doing Le Cirque a few times but the price has kept us away. One of these days hopefully we can make it. I have always loved the interior pictures I have seen
That would be expensive. To me tho well worth it for the experience!! I really liked the wine bottle that was used as a dish with the dipping dots in them 😁 great video 💜
Great review! My wife and I dined here last year - our menu was basically the same with a few substitutions. You really have to experience it - it is so hard to describe. The wonder bread was crazy and I loved the sangria dish. I agree the chefs made the experience much more memorable…we talked to them throughout the meal about the menu, food in general and overall Vegas topics. I thought it would be a stuffy/pretentious experience but it was really casual/laid back. I need to try Joel Robuchon next…! I may have missed it, but what is your third bucket list Vegas meal? Keep up the great reviews!
I dined at é a couple of years ago. It's phenomenal. One question, or point. They told us to take as many pictures as we want, but we were prohibited from taking videos. They must have changed that rule.
Hi Josh and Rachel. I thought Joe Robison was over-the-top expensive, but this new restaurant takes the cake. Do you think if you don’t have a refined pallet would you be able to enjoy this restaurant? My husband has a very refined pallet. He could’ve been a chef. He could tell you what ingredients are in every single thing he eats, as an example XO sauce has many things in it and he could tell you everything that was in the sauce. I however don’t have a refining pallet and even simple things like in a barbeque sauce. I couldn’t tell you that there was cinnamon in It or a black pepper or even molasses. I enjoy all your food videos. And I look forward to your third favourite restaurant.
This looks delicious. I’m waiting to hear the price. I’m right in the middle of the video. I think I’m gonna make a reservation for my husband for a surprise. It looks like you don’t even need teeth to eat this menu.!!! Rachel you look extra beautiful in this video❤
May I ask you to rank from best to worst, even though all three of them were great the Joel Rubicon, restaurants and this one I’m trying to decide which one to take my husband to surprise him.
While we absolutely loved our experience at Joël Robuchon we don’t think we would go back. It was an amazing experience we don’t want to change and the price is a solid $500 more than this. L’atelier vs é would be our picks at this point and just see if we want to eat with just us in a more formal traditional way we would go for bar seating at L’atelier but if looking for a very modern push the envelope style we would try é especially if we could get 6 friends to go with us 🤣
You don’t even have your facts right (which isn’t surprising). Jose was co chair on the council on Sports, fitness and nutrition, not Biden’s “celebrity chef” and Jose quit.
Sometimes, you remember more about the experience than the food. You will not be forgetting about this one for awhile! The presentation of these dishes was incredible.
The presentation was so much fun, we loved it.
Wow, what a cool experience! Once in a lifetime sort of meals for sure.
It's so unique! We've never had an experience like this before.
This is actually amazing. Has to be one of the most unique dining experiences I have ever seen. Safe to say it's added to the Vegas bucket list. Great video and thanks for sharing.
Worth considering for sure. We also think it's one of the most unique places in Vegas.
Hi Josh and Rachel, WOW!! What a Dinner extravaganza 🎉🎉. That is great video😊
Thanks so much, we had a great time!
You guys are so thorough. Great job describing everything in such detail. ❤
Thank you! We wanted to make sure to capture every detail of this unique experience.
Thank you for taking us along with you both. I live vicariously through the both of you 😊
Glad we could help you with that 😉

Amazing video, looks like an amazing experience
It really is, you won’t forget it!
Thank you for sharing this . What an experience ! I feel like this is something well worth the cost as it is something very unique .
It's a truly unforgettable experience, for sure!
Great experience ! I would try it
It amazes me how chefs come up with all these different ideas. I mean that “bread” actually looked like bread. What an amazing dining experience.
It truly is an experience.
This restaurant experience reminds me a movie THE MENU , but Im so glad to see you guys happy and alive 😂🤗👍
Haha that movie is so good and luckily there was no murder 🤣
Amazing video as always, respect sent from your wyoming neighbors. 😊
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the video.
What an amazing experience!! Thank you for sharing all of the details. 😊
It’s a truly unforgettable experience, for sure!
It would be an experience for sure. Happy to see it.

amazing to watch TY

So good!
Not a bad price for an experience like that. We did close to that at my all time favorite. Chef menu at Nobu.
Great point thank you!
Awesome video y’all! Love seeing this experience fully brought to life with your descriptions of each course. How cool!🤩
Thanks so much!
This looks amazing. It’s all about presentation.
The interaction was great as well

Similar fantastic experience at his “minibar” in Washington DC eight years ago. Definitely worth the cost - glad y’all enjoyed! 👏👏👏

You guys need to do a video at The X pot and leave your review. That would be a definite watch
I love Jaleo, so I might need to do this next time!
If you live Jaleo you should absolutely try this at least once

Holy smokes guys ! That’s crazy lol

We haven’t finished watching the video yet, but can’t wait to know-what’s the 3rd bucket list restaurant?!
Love your videos!
Thank you! For us it’s Guy Savoy at Caesars

It really is one of a kind! For us the third bucket list restaurant is Guy Savoy at Caesars
Thankyou
You're welcome!
I dined at é a couple of years ago. It's phenomenal.
One question, or point. They told us to take as many pictures as we want, but we were prohibited from taking videos. They must have changed that rule.
Yes this seems to have been a recent change in the past year. We held off going until we heard we could film
It is possible to use MGM resort comps at E?
I would guess so but we didn’t try this time
@@JoshRachael I noticed there are two prices $290 and $490. Yikes.
Nice job
Thank you

You're not wrong about that menu! 😉
As a chef, I'm not into this style, BUT I would do it once for the experience.
Not the type of meal we would want often but was a great experience
Just had a look and it appears that it is an extra $200 per person for the 8:30 sitting and that is all that is available when we are next there.
We did the 8:30 setting on a Saturday night so I’m not sure why that would be different
May I ask you to rank from best to worst, even though all three of them were great the Joel Rubicon, restaurants and this one I’m trying to decide which one to take my husband to surprise him.

Soooo fancy. Sadly not 4 me
Not something we would do all the time but loved it this time
Interesting but a bit too foo foo for me. I appreciate your video and all the beautiful presentations.
It is definitely a very unique experience.
Tickets? Shared Dining? No thanks.
It’s definitely not for everyone.
Jose political. So I'm political
