1. 2 potatoes
2. 4 eggs
3. Ham
4. Potato starch
5. Green onion, salt, pepper
* It is also delicious with butter or cheese added.

These look yummy! I expect you could use bacon instead of ham . And they are gluten free, using potato starch or possibly cornflour/starch. I will have to try these! Thankyou . Love from Lincoln, UK 😘
They do look delicious and we might try this recipe with bacon 🥓
@@simmo3730 I think you may have to cook them a little longer though, to make sure the bacon is cooked through, as it will take longer to cook than ham. But that will result in more crispy potaotes..so still very yummy :)

We tried this recipe last night. We pre-cooked the bacon then added it to the mixture. Unfortunately the potatoes we used weren't the best. We dried them out as much as possible but...the final result was delicious 😋
@@simmo3730 . It is not my recipe. Cooking Haru makes some awesome recipes. That accolade belongs to Her/Him alone. I just thought Bacon would work with it too. I am glad that bacon does work with it, and it turned out well for you. I have yet to try this recipe. It looks yummy
