I'm so sad for the kid who has developed a stutter. If it is because of the toxic environment at home then his therapist must be aware of the situation. Let the wife try to keep babbling in court while a licenced professional explains what she's done to her child. Let her babble while a judge with a gavel delivers a legal demand that she shut it long enough to be informed she is now the non-custodial parent. Shame on OP for bringing a child into the situation. I can't help but wonder how long it would take the wife to notice if someone goes no contact with her.
I think it’s story three or four. Why would she have to pay child support if the father committed child kidnapping? If mom has the custody and dad has child past custody that’s kidnapping. No judge should be passing that off
