I think many of us remember Andrew relating Georgia's high time deposit interest rates in the local currency. Perhaps you all could update us on specific rates currently in a new video.
I would think that the number one question that most people would have about Georgia, which wasn’t addressed here, would be regarding its relationship with Russia and the potential for military conflict.
"...huge table with tons of food, the food that no one can really eat..." I'll have to put this idea to the test. Jokes aside, as a Westerner I'm currently looking for a place where I'm treated best and Tbilisi is certainly on the radar.
Restaurant with halal food ( Arab,Pakistani,Indian and Turkish cuisine)are available in many areas in Tbilisi and outside Tbilisi as many people from Arab and other Muslim countries visit Georgia. Muslim students in medical universities are living in Tbilisi. Beautiful and safe country with beautiful people.
"Proximity to Europe?" Georgia is European!... Tbilisi does not have a lower cost of living unless your data set includes only LA, NY, Dubai, London and Paris. Tbilisi since the Ukraine issue is 10x to 15x higher cost of living, with rental prices in the center of the city or Vake being equal to upper tier of NY and London prices. Tbilisi is NOT the market fine dining, Tbilisi excels in the middle class life style, not the higher end affluent life style.
Far from it. Georgia is independent, and not in the Taiwan/Hong Kong way; it's its own sovereign nation as of the fall of the Soviet Union. The country is VERY pro-American / pro-West. So much so that they built their new central park and decided to put a statue of an important historical figure in the middle of the park, Ronald Reagan.
Beautiful city, Tbilisi. The architecture is beautiful, the food is beautiful, even the graffiti is beautiful.
