Can't believe you took you Challenger on that trip, with all the rides you have,my mopar 10 Challenger never sees rain or snow!glad too see you guys having fun!!
This was AWESOME!! I've been watching Zach for YEARS!... So cool to see Millennial, Laura and Larson Farms all together having a great time! It's like an all-star game of my fav youtubers! Also, Kudos on capturing what looks to be Double Sun dogs at twilight there on either side of the setting sun, they truly are radiant in the subarctic air!! Love all the videos!! Glad you guys had fun! Have to try to plan something for the warmer months next time...maybe before Harvest this year...if your pivots let you get away for a few days... or maybe next spring, post planting. Anyway... Thanks for sharing and providing us information and a perspective on modern farming from another source! You and Grant are Wonderful! God Bless!
My favorite RUclipsrs lin one video!! You guys are such a blessing and always full of smiles and laughter!! Thank you for sharing your lives with us! God Bless and stay safe.
First time commenting! Love your channel, have learned a ton. Wanted to mention one tip on putting your car up on ramps for oil change...put the ramps behind the front wheels and back up onto it...avoids contacting the front air dam...learned this on a sports car with a very low front end.
I miss my younger days, Grew up in New England and the snow was so much fun. Now retired and in middle Tn. Laura you are always "glowing" you look like an Angel. I hope Grant does you right for V-day and always. Hes a lucky man.
“I don’t think the car was made for these conditions “….No kidding Laura. With all the vehicles you have you pick one that would snowplow a three inch snow.
I used to spin brodies in a sand wash with my '76 Ford Ranchero. Problem was not being able to tell exactly where I was for all the dust I had created. Sand will also wear your tires down quickly. We also pulled car hoods down the wash at about 55 MPH. Falling off was like sliding over sandpaper. jack
It's not a LF video if we don't have a ton of wind, so the Minnesota guys can blame you for bringing the Nebraska wind north. Actually, it seems like every time it has snowed this year (Wisconsin here, about 3 hours east of Zach's place) it has been super windy. The three farming channels I probably watch the most are Millennial Farmer, Larson Farms, and Laura Farms. It is cool to see the three groups get together to burn some gas and eat some pizza. Keep up the great work and keep hanging out with the celebrity RUclipsrs.
Laura everyone knows you can’t accurately check the oil level when the car is on the ramps. I’m sure you checked it again. I’m glad to see you weren’t totally scared off of changing oil. You usually are very anxious to get your hands dirty and do work. God Bless. 😘🙏👏👍🇺🇸
I am glad you came up to Minnesota. I live in Minnesota ,myself . I have two Snowmobiles And I ride them every winter. I like the Snow . I really liked this show , today !!!. Thank you !!
Hi im from small country town of 100 ppl in western australia and just started watching you and your partner keep up the great content and its rare to find a woman with mechanical knowledge
16:10 , Those rainbow colored spots alongside the sun at this timestamp aren't flares from the camera lens, those are particles of frost in the atmosphere that creates the rainbow like effect, us northerners call them "sun dogs" ,,, they occur when it is very cold
Excellent video really enjoyed watching your videos if it wasn’t for the millennial farmer I probably would’ve not found your or any farming channels here on RUclips love watching your videos each week keep up the great work Laura!! Thanks again and hope you have a wonderful safe day
First thing is you two are awesome I love you both! Okay now comes the advice…first take all the seal from the oil jug off and ALL the little pieces of paper so you don’t allow it inside the system. Second, The oil jug has instructions written in the plastic mold telling how to pour. It’s there for a reason. Use it correctly and you will NEVER SPILL AGAIN! 😏 it seems trivial but it’s absolutely more helpful following those simple instructions. You have the basics but you need the fine details. Please try doing it like I stated you will be so happy 😎❤️🖖🏼🇺🇸
I wish I could get northern chill water here, never seen it. Ande alot of respect to the company for their concern for military and first responders . I am retired 17 year firefighter.
Laura you are right about being cautious on your car. The lower plastic air dam front spoiler directs airflow up into the radiator to help cool the motor. Years ago back in the mid to late 1980’s a guy brought a brand new Trans Am from the dealership I worked at and he drove it to Florida, went to park at a 7-11 and hit the cement curb protector. It damage the low front spoiler air dam and he took it off and ended up burning up the motor from it overheating. I am not saying that will happen on your car but I know for a fact it happens on certain year model Trans Am. Just be careful about not hitting any curb stoppers or check the car out if you do and keep an eye on your temperature gauge. Congratulations, it is a very beautiful car. I thought it was Grant’s, that is why I kept on trying to get him to do some 360 burnouts. LOL 😂
Hi, Laura. I am a new subscriber and I really love your channel. I grew up in Northern Maine on a potato farm and we had more snow in the winter than you would ever want with temps between -20 to -45 below in the winter. A real tropical climate. LOL. Looks like you guys had a blast. I watched a quite a few of your videos before I joined, and you are an awesome and talented young lady. Eagerly awaiting your next video. Take care and stay warm.
Greetings from nowthen Minnesota love you guys and love millennial farmer. The snow we have right now is nothing compared to the past it's really pathetic.
The car's transmission is in park. Set the parking brake and why would you need extra blocks for the tires? I'm all for being safe, but that's just stupid overkill. What she does need is a bigger funnel.
Been a follower of Zach and his channel for a long time. There is a reason why we don't drive cars like Challengers in MN in the winter time; too low to the ground, easy to get stuck, especially in Central MN where the Millennial Farmer is, there is lots of open farm country which means white-out blizzard conditions are common. Probably also the reason we drive 4WD and AWD vehicles in the winter and store the really nice cars until all the snow and ice are gone. Hope you enjoyed your stay in The Land of 10,000 Lakes (we put the mosquitoes away just for you lol).
WOW!!! That may be my favorite video yet. And I've watched a ton of your videos as well as the Larson Farms channel with Chet & Doug'o and The Big Swede. Doug'o really cracks me up. Great video you two!
If I may suggest Miss Laura, always, always have a regular too readily available. You can drape one around the funnel area and always keep one in your pocket in case you need to do a quick cleanup. Now I'm going to get back to enjoying this video thanks bunches and God bless
If you like snow and lots of it Minnesota is the place to be. I follow a channel out of Cloquet, MN Northern Seclusion and this time of year they keep a couple feet of snow on the ground through April.
Hope your ready for the cold and the wind here in MN, I live in central MN and it's been about -5 during the day and about -30 at night so hopefully you bring warm clothes. Hope you enjoy your time up here
I was thinking the same thing. I doubt she and Grant would have been stuck on Zach's farm, he does have a rather large piece of snow removal equipment to get Laura out of the driveway, but the problem would be the unplowed county roads. I'm sure Zach and Becky wouldn't mind if Laura and Grant stayed the night until conditions improved.
My grandmother was from Nebraska; they lived in a soddy, and the last trip her father would make into town each year was to get a wagon load of coal before they got snowed in. She said they played cards a lot during the winter. . .
You may have been too busy rearranging the snow to notice the beautiful double sun dogs and the pillar over the sun. Sun dogs are not that unusual during the winter here in MN but a perfect double with the pillar is a treasurable event. BTW, there is absolutely nothing wrong with using your phone to make videos for your website as you do a GREAT job. Shame on those who belittle you for doing that. :-(
That looked amazing I bet everybody had an awesome time especially Zack and chet dougo to and everybody from Northern chill grant and Laura be safe going home
Beautiful car Laura, and like someone else said to check the oil on level ground. We have faith in you to get it done! Hope you guys are doing well and enjoying the off season for farming. You guys definitely deserve it w your busy farming life! Thanks for sharing your videos and I'm viewing them from Delmar, Delaware.
From Minnesota, you do get tired of slipping at every step. This year’s amount of sub zero weather & wind, has been tough! Got the Ranger stuck in a drift, & had to winch out, by pounding a horseshoe stake into the frozen field.
Watching you guys have a blast was awesome. Especially from my warm living room chair.... It has warmed up here in WI, this weekend we'll see 2 digits!
Didn’t Zac tip over a Razor with Chet in the passenger’s seat the last time Northern Chill got them together?? I heard some “concerns” about his driving during the video! lol
You should have checked the oil on level ground, and taken a 4whl drive pick up ! OR ZACH SHOULD HAVE PLOWED THE DRIVEWAY ! And how did the Big Swede miss this party? Great video; Thanks @NortherChill !
What a fun video! Glad you all found the time to enjoy yourselves for a few days. I sometime miss the winter activities from my time in North Dakota. Here in Mississippi, we mostly get freezing rain, ice pellets and sleet. Most recently you can add 36 hours without power. Had to ask myself if I was having fun yet?
I think you might not get an accurate dipstick reading with the car on the ramps as the oil could be pooling in a positive or negative way in relation to the dipstick level ...... not a massive issue probably but best to check it when it's on the flat, especially as it's a performance engine. 🙂
Now that was a a f... I didn't realize that Northern Chill did that all of that for the support systems. I think I may have to see if they sell that around me.
I'm feeling a little guilty that I hadnt subscribed till just now, but I wanted a little more view time before I hit the button. And hit the button I did. I just love the energy and optimism you and Grant put into all your videos. I make sure to get a "Laura Farms fix" every day. It greatly improves my outlook on life. Happy belated anniversary, Christmas, and New Year. Keep smiling, and keep the videos flowing.
I hope that I can know this kind of pleasure over there but it’s very rare to have this kind of weather in Paris. Hey. If you Check oil level, please make sure the vehicle stands on an even surface. Good luck for your next oil service.
Or just add manufacturers spec amount and look underneath the car. If it's not on the floor you are good to go.
Yeah this is very important.

Glad to see you didn't give up on changing oil after your last experience.
So Fun... Thanks for sharing...
Omg, I love that you two met up in person and hung out. Two RUclips channels combine, you guys need to collab more often! Loved the video!

YOU should check your oil after it's off the ramps on flat ground, can be a huge difference depending on dipstick placement in the oil pan.🇨🇦
watching these you tube shows on farming is way better than TV shows so down to earth . like the good old days
Northern chill sure knows how to throw a party. Glad you made it out of millennial farmers without injury
Awesome almost all my favourite RUclips peps.
I love it, Laura! You're so right: Zach's farm on video DOES look exactly like Zach's farm on video!
Oh man! That looks like so much fun! Thanks for sharing, Laura. What a blast!🙂
I love it, I am so glad you all got together to play and connect.

hey chet and zach nice to see you here!!
I am going to see about ordering some of their water. I really am intrigued by the water, more so their pillars of charity
Laura the conditions were perfect for being out there, it is fun in winter, embrace it, enjoy it and live it.
Never see someone close an oilfillercap with more grace, elegance and kindness, and with this long nails ! Love that!

Fill it, down off the ramps or stands, start it once to make sure filter is filled and all other routes are full, *then* check level.
