This is the ET I remember and loved.
What is crazy is this show from 1990 is actually reporting on entertainment instead of being an idiotic gossip/tabloid program.
That's why so many of them left, Leeza Gibbons left for her own Daytime Talk Show after it went from John & LeeZa to The LeeZa Show and she later did Extra along with Dayna Devon and now she does Radio and appears on TV from time to time, Robb Weller left and is currently hosting Hollywood Headliners on UBN Radio, Mary Hart is retired, but is still a Dodgers Fan and she even retired those Million Dollar Legs and John Tesh also left to focus more on music and family as well host a Radio Show
Tesh even said that he didn't like the direction the show was going when it became more Tabloid, even the ET Birthdays isn't what it use to be, they announce the ET Birthdays, but then they do only one and they say This ET Birthday is brought to you in part by Dawn and only 1 person gets acknowledge for an ET birthday
I also know that Mary Hart got tired of reporting the Kardashians and during an interview with Dan Patrick, she doesn't miss The Kardashian Era on ET
I love how it says the date like that.
i miss when the news on TV was like this.....the memories. Entertainment Tonight had the best theme.
Oh wow, how time flies! Back in 1990, when I was just a sprightly 10-year-old, life seemed so magical. Ah, those were the days! I find myself longing for that simpler time, reminiscing about all the wonderful memories we made.
🥲🥰🥲
2:12 Entertainment Tonight intro music and theme the way I remembered it when I was a kid. KTXS was the station that carried it at the time now it’s KRBC.
1:59 Entertainment Tonight begins before the theme at 2:12.
Maaan, I watched this every night.
Oh my gosh, I totally love their theme too! It's just so amazing, isn't it?
Same. My mom and I.
7:21 was something my mom talked about a lot over the years, and we MUST have seen it here. So great.
It probably feels good to yell like that. I can't tonight but I'm going to when I get the chance. Have you ever howled at the moon? Feels great. I'll p Rob be doing both in my time.
I have no idea why but the theme popped in my head last night😂. 💞💞
The intro was how I remembered Entertainment Tonight before they shortened it to ET not to be confused with E.T. The Extra Terrestrial.
Mines too

Any youngsters watching have no idea how crazy it was for them to get awards "via satellite" that happened not as often on tv. We didn't have the internet, remember. At all....
starlink 1 billion viewers
"Noted Tarzan Historian" really got me
John Tesh, the man that gave us the theme to Bobby's World and he gave us THE Greatest Sports Theme in the World
Roundball Rock The Theme to the NBA on NBC where Michael Jordan RULED the Court
An Audio Promo For "40 Years Of Primetime" & "PM Magazine" @ 29:13

11:32 lol I KNEW JFK JR WOULD APPEAR - Q
I wish I were a teenager in the 80s instead of being a teenager in the 2010s
I wonder what happened to Mary Hart and John tesh??? Its been 30 years since I saw 'em on TV
I saw Jonh Tesh in century city,,Ca about 8 years ago,,he looks the same though.
@Marty McFly II I saw that and I know they shed tears about that and Tesh kept it private about that because he was concerned about losing his business and family business
John Tesh wrote a book called Relentless and that is an interesting book and I look forward to reading it
Mary Hart is at Dodger games
16:43!
Entertainment Tonight from the Creator of SOLID GOLD, Lifestyles of Rich and Famous and Star Search and from the Producer of Hard Copy and from the studio that gave us The Brady Bunch, Happy Days and Star Trek
God Bless Mary Hart and John Tesh
Today's ET isn't the same without them or Leeza Gibbons or Robb Weller and ET has went from news to being more tabloid and all about those damn Kardashians
This was cool..now it's ghetto
What’s ghetto?
