I listened to Neil Gaiman's short story version. I thought it was great
he could read the phone book out to me and i’d listen. such an engaging voice. who better to narrate his stories than the man himself. brilliant mind.

In short, Snow White is a vampire.
The moment you realize that you and Neil Gaiman had the same first book and the same obsession with the story. I don’t think I have ever found another human who has an affinity for Snow White like I do. Well I haven’t met Neil Gaiman but I am glad to know another one exists.
Have u read snow glass apples? It’s his graphic novel rewrite of Snow White and I highly recommend it

In Gaiman's short story, the prince is sort of OK with it because she's still cold to touch and can lay very still 🤫
In the orginal tale its a woodsman that finds her and he sleeps with her and she only awakens after she gave birth and the baby is trying to nurse. She goes to her father and he finds the man that did this to his daughter she claims she loves him and wants to marry him. The problem is he has a wife and child but thats an easy fix the king just banishes the wife and child and marries him to Snow and the guy is happy cuz now he has a new young wife and all the money that comes with being married to royalty

That's a version of Sleeping Beauty.
The answer is to rewrite everything from the ground up but with a supernatural twist, and I adore Snow, Glass, Apples. The odd thing is that it helps me fall asleep to it.😅

I think he was making a point. I sincerely doubt he has a little diary where he keeps a score of how many times he read a particular book. He probably read it lots of times, maybe to his children.
