For me Norway who do for work.
I worked in USA 🇺🇲 for 6 years on H1B Visa from 2008-13 around CA n PA states. Best time of my life was spent both in personal and work front. But getting Visa extensions and processing was such a big nightmare and insult mainly to Indians, that I decided to never go back to USA on Work Visa. I will go as Tourist though as people are friendly, very intelligent, disciplined and places are extremely beautiful and quite safe. No country will match to USA atleast for few decades 🙏

Yes, actually all European countries, as far as I know. For members of the EU, it's easy, they have that as part of the requirements to be a member. I'm not sure if it's also part of Schengen treaty (basically free movement area in Europe), but in the facts it works. Consequently, Schengen adds all the microstate within EU, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Croatia is in negotiation to be part of Schengen area soon.
United Kingdom always have played aside, but allows double nationality also.
Vatican is a de facto a double nationality country, as this is the only sovereign state in the world where 100% of the peoples have all a double nationality.

Australia is classy and people are so nice. Some of the parents of my students are from Australia and the way they talk to Teachers are with high respect and calm. Also the weather is nice in Australia. Australia is always on the top list for me.
