Recipes for todays videos:
Irish Stew:
Prepare beef stock by roasting beef bones on a cookie sheet with a roughly chopped onion, several garlic cloves, washed celery stalks and carrots. Roast until browned under the broiler.
Cook bones and veggies in watter, in insta pot on soup setting for 35 minutes.
Chopped onion,
5 red potatoes
3 large carrots
3 celery stalks
Saute all veggies in butter,
add about 4 cups of broth,
1 TBL of dill weed,
2 bay leaves,
salt and pepper,
boil for about 15 to 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add 1/2 cup flour. Whisk in 1 cup of cream. Pour in cream and flour mixture into soup. Simmer until thick.

Wild onions! When I was a wee tyke, my mom would gather some, scramble them in eggs, and put it between homemade biscuits. Then we would walk, find a big flat rock, and have a picnic. Yum! I am 69 now and handicapped, so can't do that---but I have good memories. Love your videos. Reminds me of my childhood.

They’re called garlic chives You can chop up a whole bunch very finely and freeze it. Take some out as you need it for your recipes.

I absolutely love your farmhouse and your family. I enjoy the different things you do to make your home beautiful! I love your cooking,decorating, tending to your children and giving time for yourself which all moms’ need. It remind’s me of our family. My mom had ten children. 5 boys and 5 girls. We had the best up bringing anyone could ever have. Everyone was given chores’,we ate together as a family, went to church every Sunday morning. Then we would have dinner around 1:00pm and go for a ride in the car to get icecream. Sunday night we would watch Disney movies’at 7:00pm an have popcorn and popovers’. I wouldn’t change anything!!! When the stores’ were closed on Sunday it was the best! I love your channel and I always can’t wait to the next video. I hope your boy will play the piano again with you singing. What a beautiful voice you have. Your son is so talented on the piano! Thank you for showing us the many ways you take care of your home and family. It brings back so many memories for me. this is like yorkshire pudding your best way is toput oil in the muffin pan and put it in the oven and get it very hot and pour the batter mix rite in and get it in the oven soon as u can and it will give you a lite airy pudding

We love a Irish soda bread with raisins mixed through and apple butter on top (when I have some). I like to served it with a quiche that is crust less. It makes for a really fast breakfast. I absolutely loved seeing you sing with your sweet son laying what true and beautiful song. Love the spring geese. I found a few baby ducks a few years back and they are just a joy to have out. I hope you enjoy your geese!

Pretty sure that is wild garlic. They pop up here in the spring and again later on in the summer. I too love using YAHUAH'S creations to bring life into the home. Wild flowers and planting perennials all over. Making my own vases of flowers all summer. ❤❤❤❤
