    Levi, as usual you demonstrate your dedication to producing quality content - by reviewing what you'd made and realising you didn't like the audio and re-recording it. Thanks so much for creating the best tiny home/airbnb content on the net for us to enjoy!
    Regarding the container home, I've posted before on your videos about how I could see myself living in the particular property - this one not so much, but it does look like a fabulous place to get away for a day or two. The other home on this property would be something I'd love though.

    One of my favorite all-time shipping container homes! They're building another one soon 😬

    It looks lovely, open with a crisp and clean vibe. I love the outside fire and particularly like the choice of two blinds, blackout or opaque. That's a really good touch 😊

    I'm a hard sell on shipping container houses. This is a pretty nice and simple take. It suits the temporary stay better tan full time living for sure. Two or three of these in a cluster, however, and I could be sold. Anyway, love the look and vibe of this one.

    For a shipping container it comes up very nicely. The windows are perfect allowing heaps of light in and stunning views out.
    Only suitable for short term living though and making that bed would be challenging. Great idea redoing the audio, I feel it was very natural and worked well. Great presentation video as always 🙏

    Levi, although I do enjoy watching your reviews of tiny houses, I do ask that you include properties at more affordable price levels. Many of your recent reviews have been for properties in the very expensive category of well over $200 per night. Thanks and good luck!

    • @DecorTours
      @DecorTours 2 года назад +10

      That’s because the cheaper ones don’t have these kind of amenities. They have sofas from the 70s and no decor at all.

    • @donaldmoe3286
      @donaldmoe3286 2 года назад +4

      @@DecorTours - Some places are indeed very minimalistic, but not all. Levi has previously reviewed similar tiny homes on AirBNB that were in the range of $100 to $200 per night, although some have perhaps increased due to inflation. Spending $400 to $600 or more per night puts the properties in the luxury category and limits the target market significantly!

      @musicismylove92 2 года назад +11

      Agree with this! Also I feel I'm in the minority here, but I wish hosts would forego the $100+ of snacks, coffee, and wine and just make the nightly cost more affordable.

      Look at the ones he stayed in Ohio, very affordable and blown away by price tbh.

      I would like to know how building codes relate to a temporary rental compared to a real home. These things are for profit hotels but try to get a mortgage to build one to live in. Close to impossible.

    I have zero need for an Airbnb, but I do have a tiny cabin in the Ozark woods. Your videos are top notch, not boringly long, and give me ideas on amenities, remodels, decorating, etc. This one was amazing, thanks for braving the cold.

    Really like it especially for a shipping container, only one thing I would change, I'd put a really nice television in the ceiling, so there's no chance of me getting a neck crik (that's southern for a pain in my neck). Other than that the windows really make it feel open.

    This is as beautiful as the one before!❤
    I love black shipping container homes. The inside is beautiful aswell, I like the bright walls, the wooden countertop and the the big bathroom. The bedroom is small, but perfectly cozy!!🥰
    And, of course, I love the kitchen, even I would have used a white sink.🤷‍♀️
    The hottub and the fire outside are great and the little extra things they provide for you are a nice feature aswell!☺
    See you next week!👍
    Ps: I'm in the USA for three weeks and tried a cute houseboat airbnb in Florida!😁

    I like it, but I don't love it. It is odd that the stove and microwave are full size, but the fridge is dorm size. I think they could've made the window in the kitchen smaller and made the kitchen wrap around the end to make an L-shaped kitchen and at least put an apartment size fridge. The roof overhang should continue down the side of the house so that you aren't walking in the pouring rain or snow to get to the hot tub. Also, I wouldn't want to be the person sleeping on the inside of the bed as there is no way to get out unless you climb over the other. The bathroom is beautiful, but the sliding shower door doesn't look like it will open very far to allow larger people to get in easily. All in all, I would give it a 6/10.

    Could you please explain, is it really that easy to go and place your house wherever you want in USA? It's a beautiful countryside in the video, i can't believe there's only 2 houses in there. If it is so easy - i suppose there will be dozens of them, but if it's a private property - the cost of the land might be x100 times higher than the tiny house itself))) In that case, if you have billions of dollars for the land, why would you need a small house instead of a castle like building?))

    • @LeviKellyTours
      @LeviKellyTours  2 года назад +3

      Cost of land is very expensive. Just depends where its located! I live in a rural area of Ohio and its around ~$10k per acre generally speaking. Other areas, it's way more.

    • @Andredy89
      @Andredy89 2 года назад

      @@LeviKellyTours thank you. So why then a tiny house and not a big one? And what's the usual price for a tiny house like that?

    • @LeviKellyTours
      @LeviKellyTours  2 года назад +1

      Well mansions cost significantly more to build than a tiny house! I would say tiny houses are easier to rent out than mansions as well

    • @Andredy89
      @Andredy89 2 года назад

      @@LeviKellyTours ah, so basically tiny houses are built up to be rented via AirBnB. Now It's way more clear. Cool) Thank you for your explanations.

    • @opieutt9038
      @opieutt9038 2 года назад

      Eh, I'm on the poorer end of any financial scale. But if I were living in any city near there and wanted to have a beautiful weekend, I'd plunk down 800 without a second thought for a cabin in the woods.
      Fortunately, I bought my own in the Ozark woods before land and building supplies skyrocketed. Forest peace, owls, coyotes, fox, and roaming black bears are so much better than neighbor noises, traffic, and generally petty people.
