When ever i see this extravagancy of state resources, i see tax payers working hard for nothing only. We would need is to see roads construction not cars, hospitals construction not cars. Uganda we really need an arm of God. Imagine some many roads have been to budget for yrs and yrs. See like Ibanda kabuzogyera to kamwenge road decades have been in the budget. But see billions here at a wash
The damage Museveni has done to Uganda is beyond repairable. If all the money they have stollen was used to build Uganda, Kampala would look like Dubai. And all Makerere graduates would have decent professional jobs. Mulago would be a state of the heart hospital in East Africa. The tourism industry in Uganda could be develop better many others in the region so that many Ugandans get good jobs to feed their families. The railway road would be running and modern. Major industries would be build. All the other Uganda cities would build to International standards too. This is sickening. All Ugandans need to pray to God to get rid of these blood suckers.
