1 guy used razor caltrops for major breach, 2nd blockade of elements for off-balance, 3rd crystal weapon for additional penetration and minor crit. sets were standard stormmaster and sergeant

U should try Nobel dulist it would be better than storm masters for vss

no, it won't. Raid setup is specifically made so you would be able to use stormmaster which is medium armor that gives you spd/wpd and critical damage which is superior to addinional penetration and crit chance while lacking crit dmg
