Kidd!!!! that is my dream car since I saw them back in the 80's in Group B as the S4 back in Cordoba Argentina!! my God those things were brutal in the sierras! So many great memories that made me the car nut I'm today.
Back in 1999 I had a few quid spare and had decided to buy either an Integrale EVO 2 or an E30 M3 Evo. From memory they were in around the £14-16k mark, but that week i was buying I had an accident and had to quit work for several months. Of course then it wouldn't have been wise buying the car. One of my biggest ever regrets, especially thinking of the prices they're commanding nowadays
Great car, had 2 years ago, both Rosso Monza, an 8V on konis that was a real go-cart, then an Evo1 bought from Walkers at Northalllerton that was in a 4wd rally inspired shootout in MaxPower, up against an Escort Cosworth, Imprezza, & Sunny GtiR. After too many hefty garage bills as a daily drive, I saw sense of sorts and bought an Audi RS2, when you could get one for about £10k.
What an awesome car. The one that showed Audi how it's done in the WRC with 6 consecutive constructors titles. Audi may have revolutionised rallying with 4WD but Lancia took it to another level.
Wow that's fantastic to drive a motor icon in the 1978 my parents had a lancia beta which took us all the way to Yougosalvia and back via Belgium Germany Italy and Luxembourg enjoy the Delta fun fun fun
If that's the only yellow one in the UK, it must've belonged to Gary, someone who was nominated on Car SOS. He sadly passed away before they finished the car, but they finished restoring it for Gary's honour. I hope I'm right.
I had a friend who use to drive in to a Village in Hampshire in the early hours of the morning at 100 mph, when the road was closed which was quite often, he'd built up to this over years, the car was a Golf gti 16v it felt like you where on a rally stage, fast short straight to a kink left then straight over a raised brow over then a cattlegrid an then brake hard for a tight right. He borrowed an early Lancia Intergrale, an that could run in to the village with another 15mph attached it showed up at exstremes what those cars can do, both where totally standard. Not lowered for track which invariably compromises road use.
hi jodie nice car to start the kidd collection, mmmmm wonder whats next ! and your channel,s so entertaining ,i love watching ya grow an deservedly so x
100%, I was going to comment the same but you saved me the job. There was a batch of 220 but yes it was always available to order.... so there were indeed more than 220 yellow evo2 built.
@Ron Cooper not according to Paul Baker and Werner Blattel....Giallo Ferrari, is darker and was a special edition for evo 1, with low back leather interior, 400 built iirc, editon "Ronald Holzer" were also yellow Evo 1's, but were repainted from other colours that Holzer in Germany acquired and then painted/modified. The evo2 Ginestra cars were built as a batch but had no ltd edition plaques fitted by the gear lever unlike all the other limited editions, and was always available to order from Chivasso, the evo2 production line was very small so they could accommodate such changes in production bearing in mind from roughly may 1993 to 1995 they only built a total of 2500 cars to catalysed evo 2 spec, my own being built December 1993.
Awesome car, an old neighbour had three when I was growing up. Firstly a red one then martini racing in white and then this colour on an L plate. Always loved seeing them.
Honestly... i cant quite figure out if this is a car Jodie is buying for herself - its her dream car, a sound investment and isnt totally unaffordable - or if this an advert for Car Crowd and hype to sell the car to make a business some money? Either way an undoubted classic and i wish i could have gotten one for Impreza money!!! When she says its pretty she isnt wrong. Boxy can be pretty when the proportions are perfect and the details are simple but elegant and unique. It just hasnt aged at all which is very Italian indeed.
"👌"...Since more then 30 years my personally favorite heat pump for epic fun on tricky, narrow streets😎🤫 :-))) 🇮🇹😘 ...Hunters NEVER FREEZE...😊 CHEERS, Olli
Remember watching Juha Kankkunen driving a Integrale and becoming world champion then seeing a Green Lancia Delta Integrale parked up and stopped and had a look big bucket seats in tan cloth and then imagined myself driving one o too dream
Yup, classic pocket rocket. May I add some classic pocket rocket suggestions for the Kidd collection ?. Renault 5 Turbo...and we have to include the Peugeot 2 litre Turbo GTI. Maybe the car crowd can hook you up. Big shout to all at Kidd in a Sweet Shop.
Great souvenirs thanks to you. I had a Lancia Delta Integrale in 1989 . It was forbidden in Switzerland for noise reasons and we were able to get for special circumstances. The funny story was, we were invited for a business meeting in Torino at Fiat by the Agnelli family. My boss who owned the car asked me to drive from Geneva to Torino instead of flying and used this opportunity for an oil change and other stuff if it was needed. Being the guest of the owner of the Fiat was great opportunity to get things done quickly and properly. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Torino at Fiat and dropped the car, they found out that the engine was destroyed and needed to be replaced. I guess my driving to Torino did not help. I told to my boss, I guess you are getting lucky with a new engine offered by Gianni Agnelli.
@@KiddinaSweetShop Yes ıt dıd. It was a great car. I am sure you will enjoy it My 2 dream cars are Lancıa Strator and the Miura. Funny enough they were designed by the same person.
The translation of Ginestra into broom, in English, is rather funny. Ginestra refers to the scotch broom plants that make these bright yellow flowers...
Love em up there with the escort cosworth and if iam honest the Evo is the better car out of the box, but i love the cosworth coz all the drama (break downs) u get with them is what id call "bit of character 😂😂😎😎✌✌👌👌👍👍
In my early days I had the same car (Evo 3 guise) In the same colour ... and without doubt my biggest regret getting rid of it. What an absolute joy of a car it was ... it sits up there with the Twin Turbo manual Supra and Audi UR Quattro as my favourite cars I've ever owned ... but it just has something extra over those. A sense of drama and the exotic that is hard to define ... something that makes you feel like a World Champion. An X Factor ... so so special. Great video as always ... and as I've said many time I'd love to do a collaboration on a video with you! I've been away from YT for some time following the death of my mum but I'm back and thinking of throwing myself back amongst it! Sheep made it btw lol x
Had a test drive of one back in 1994 when i was a mechanic, felt bonkers quick back then (still quick today), with the 4 wheel drive it just dug in and launched down the road, up to that point the fastest car i'd driven was an MG Montego Turbo lol.
Great car, I can remember when you could pick a good Delta up for £30K, Rowan Atkinson just sold his for £87K. Whilst a bucket list car of mine, not my favourite Giorgetto Giugiaro car, that would be the Gordon Keeble, great car designer. But Evo 2 Delta, yes please.
Great video! Few cars are this alive when you are behind the wheel! Here is my full Drivin' Ivan review of my personal Lancia Delta Integrale: ruclips.net/video/W11H0Fr-V0U/видео.htmlsi=Q2s46NqXaqSVG4Nu
At least you got to drive it - rather invest in something that sits in my garage and can drive whenever. Guess I am risk averse and none of my money on a gamble. Fair play though, clever format. 😅
@Ron Cooper well we can play all day with that one, my point being averse to gambling on a bet going up or down. Enjoyment of driving something that I own outright is my kind of risk. I suppose this format is much the same as buying shares on the stock market - Who knows, I just hate seeing cars languishing in a museum when they should be driven.
Awesome car ~ Awesome video ~ Jodie your brilliant on your own ! You don’t need these others …….. or plugging their business. Your previous videos show your way too cool for that. ❤
O>M>G Its A EVO" 2 Right >??? drove a Evo 1 a few times not many around let alone the first addition.// GOSHHHH i think the Evo2 wasa bit more rounded in shape the First was a but Straighter In Body line But still The BIZZZZ!!!! Tc xxxx
The evo1 and evo2 shell is the same, bar a hump in the passenger footwell for the catalyst on the evo2. The evo cars have bigger /wider arches and bonnet bulge compared to an 16v..... which has the same more angular arches as the 8v, but a hump in the bonnet to clear the 16v cylinder head, the 8v engine is shorter so it has a flat bonnet with an extra row of cooling grills.
Hope the sheep appreciate what the Car was that was waiting 😂 I’m sure I heard a ewe say “ nice it’s a integrale” but may be mistaken. Right someone buy the right to the Lancia name and bring out a retro EV in this shape, there would be a huge demand.
The Integrale and the Audi Quattro Sport SWB are my 2 all time favourite cars ever! What a beauty this is.
Natalie Pinkham is beautiful!
Baa…Good to see Jodie driving… and what a driver she is! Never forget the leader board on top gear every week… Tough cookie..
My brother had one exactly like this, same colour, still had Italian plates under the English ones. It was beautiful
Kidd!!!! that is my dream car since I saw them back in the 80's in Group B as the S4 back in Cordoba Argentina!! my God those things were brutal in the sierras! So many great memories that made me the car nut I'm today.

Oh the crazy shenanigans you could get up to with one of these & an Escort Cosworth RS in your garage.
The style of the Integrale 😍😍😍😍😍
Would love an Integrale, probably in Martini Red, especially if it comes with Miss Pinkham in passenger seat. 😊
A True legend of a rally great,a mate of mine had a red 1of these years ago and he absolutely loved it
They look great in Red

The (( YELLOW PERRELL)) !! rides again...Lol Well done for geting it so fast. As normal well done Jodie and co. Great video😊😎😊💋💋
Lovely! I owned an 8v integrale in giallo, for a year or so! Bloody gocart on windy backroads 😁
What an awesome car. The one that showed Audi how it's done in the WRC with 6 consecutive constructors titles. Audi may have revolutionised rallying with 4WD but Lancia took it to another level.
imagine being the farmer seeing a sports car pop up in the middle of your heard. What a treat!
My fav car too, the first car I ever drove, the dancing dials on start up stay with me forever!
Your showing great taste...how about a review of a lancia aurelia b20 s4.
Even the street legal Models are pure racing Machines Love it❤

Top brum brum love the Integrale & watching them rallying even more 👏👏👏
Absolutely brilliant, and I love the music.
Takes me back to the old rally videos.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Congrats this is a true classic!

This car is one of my favorites too. Closest i ever got was a toy one in martini colors 😂
Perfect color for the absolut best car!
💛💛
Got to right up there with the greats..wonderful as ever Jodie…
I had 16v narrow body. Was awesome firing off roundabouts and on to slip roads
I love these little pocket rockets especially in yellow.
They’re great!
Oh dear. You caught in 'Lambing Season' Jodie. Happens to the best of us........Great upload

They made way more than 220 in Giallo Ginestra... it was always a colour you could option on Evos. Giallo 'Fly' editions are the rare yellow ones.
100%, I was going to comment the same but you saved me the job.

If you went to a McDonalds’ drive thru in Slough in the 90s you’d see more than 220 Ginestras over a single weekend!!
Thank you so much! I love rally cars from that era. 👍😎👍
Me too!
Really love the Delta Integrale, amazing fun machine!! Great content as always
Glad you enjoy it! x

Great Kidd in a Sweetshop. Did the Lancia live up to what you were expecting?
Absolutely
What a car ❤
Classic. I hope the new launch of lancia is as bonkers as the old rally cars.
Love it
Regret selling my 1971 Lancia Fulvia 1600HF Coupe (now I need another Lancia thanks for this video)
I love a Fulvia!
Legendary car 🙌🙌🙌
You can have great fun in this pretending you are Juha Kankkunen Jodie ❤
Brilliant car I had the earlier one 8 valve one great car just bloody expensive on parts lol

So does this answer the question about the "owners" being able to drive the cars? Or maybe this is an exclusive marketing opportunity.
Are you guys allowed to drive lefthand steering cars in the Uk?😮
Of course we are! As long as the car is correctly registered etc, just like any other car.
It's so much fun seeing you having so much fun! Thanks for taking us along, make it a great evening, jw
Great colour.
It really is!
Stunning car and absolutely stunning spec
What colour would you have?
Love the colour, blissimo
Simply gorge!
WHat a fantastic car, a perfect place to start the collection. :)
Yes indeed!
Was hoping to see you drive the Group A Delta Integrale 🙃

Congratulations it's one of my dreams cars aswell
Wasn’t Giorgetto Giugiaro the designer?
Yellow with yellow plate is beautiful...
Very nice!
Would compliment my Giugiaro designed Giallo Ginestra 1972 Alfa Romeo 105 series GT Junior restomoded to evoke the Giulia Sprint GTA.
It definitely would!

My dream car too, preferably a white one in Martini Racing colours
You're looking at north of 6 figures for one in that spec.
That was a quick turnaround from last week's episode to driving your dream car.
The sound spoiled it for me. Tried wired headphones to see if my Bluetooth was playing up.
My first purchase should i ever win the lotto. A Gallo would be the icing on the cake.
in a "money no object collection" this would be the first car bought and the last car sold.

I remember when you could pick up an evo1 for about 7k, and an evo2 starting at 10... I paid £9700 for my own evo2 in 2003.
+25pts for the Gordon Keeble mention
That’s crazy shows they are only going one way 📈
I missed the previous episode, so if we (the public) invest in Jodie's car collection, presumably we're allowed to drive the cars we invest in?
@Simon Ranger so no actual return on the investment
No they’re investments, not to be driven. It’s not like you’re able to drive many investments
Interesting choice 👍
I love it! 🤩
Very disappointed Jodie you didn’t drive the Intergale with some lairy looking Gucci Loafers 😁
You did it! Love it! It looks mint and spectacular in that colour. Beautiful looking example 😀
it really does 🤩

@@KiddinaSweetShop no problem, I have owned my evo2 for 20 yrs next month, so have studied them for decades!
