I can see why both of you returned to stay at this particular hotel. Ah that brings back memories of our stay there last month. We were on the 17th floor overlooking the swimming pool. We were upgraded to a club room without the lounge access that normally goes with it so it was good to see what that was like. One morning at breakfast they had a pretty impressive donut wall. We enjoyed our stay there too and the location was very handy.

Lovely to hear that you also enjoyed the Grand Millennium and had a Club Room, next time you should definitely pay extra for the Lounge it is so worthwhile and a nice place to unwind after a day out exploring KL! Hi there! Thanks for watching our video and for sharing your relation to this hotel. It would have been interesting to try it when it was a Regent Hotel. We have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions recently since 2017. The two first stays were absolutely incredible, loved it there but unfortunately the standard at the hotel had dropped on our last visit in December. From what we have read on TripAdvisor, a few other travelers who have been to this hotel before have also been disappointed with the standard on their recent visits. We were disappointed with the standard of food in the Club Lounge and Breakfast. Food in these areas used to be excellent! That is just our opinion... Agreed. There is a lot of cheaper and better quality hotels compared to Grand Millennium. Their dinner buffet was disappointing.. Next time should consider staying at Shangri-la. Their buffet at lemon garden for me is the best in KL so far!

My industrial trainning for university is in this lovely hotel. Before this called 'The Regent a Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur' in 2004.
Hi there! Thanks for watching our video and for sharing your relation to this hotel. It would have been interesting to try it when it was a Regent Hotel. We have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions recently since 2017. The two first stays were absolutely incredible, loved it there but unfortunately the standard at the hotel had dropped on our last visit in December. From what we have read on TripAdvisor, a few other travelers who have been to this hotel before have also been disappointed with the standard on their recent visits. We were disappointed with the standard of food in the Club Lounge and Breakfast. Food in these areas used to be excellent! That is just our opinion... Stayed 8 nights last year in a club room, great hotel. Worth considering paying the extra at the Mandarin Oriental. Amazing.

Agreed. There is a lot of cheaper and better quality hotels compared to Grand Millennium. Their dinner buffet was disappointing..
Next time should consider staying at Shangri-la. Their buffet at lemon garden for me is the best in KL so far!
