Rose McGowan, I pray that you find peace my dear. You are an amazing woman and you have been so brave, you are an example for so many woman. I think the "consensual" act is absolutely not consensual when they force that word on. I think, no I know there's a psychological factor, the body tends to freeze and tense up. It's harder when someone has influence or gets you to a point where you can't do anything. You become ashamed of yourself and know that nobody will understand.

they should look at increasing the statute of limitations for these types of crimes. Takes most victims years to get to the point where they are ready to make a formal complaint..

Rose knew to fight back and to show other women that he needed to be stopped also arrested for the crime he committed. I don't think Rose is Mentally stable enough to be apart of this movement. I'm glad she came forward but I think people don't realize in these kind of situations you are a dead woman or man walking. I would be worried about my safety. In Hollywood you have Consensual and Non Consensual Sex going on. I get that Rose is traumatized by the way she was violated but I just feel like these women have to live in Fear for the rest of their life. It's nothing you can really do to remove a permanent stain. I also think Rose need to watch her words before she speak because she is very damaged.

Most of these women were actresses who just started. They were bound by contracts being enforced by companies as big as Miramax and Disney with their top notch lawyers.
These girls couldnt immediately drop everything. They had to pretend nothing happened. Go watch harvey's assistant's interview and understand just how difficult it is to speak up and do something against such big corporations or the legal system in general in such situations.
