    * Approx. preparation & Cooking time: 15 minutes
    * Serves 4 persons

    * List of ingredients:
    1. Roughly chopped methi (fenugreek) leaves - 1 cup
    2. Yogurt - 1 cup
    3. Cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 teaspoon
    4. Grated coconut - Half cup
    5. Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
    6. Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
    7. Curry leaves - 1 handful
    8. Red chilli pieces - 3
    9. Cooking oil - 2 teaspoons
    10. Salt - 2 teaspoons
    * Method of preparation:
    1. In a small wok/frying pan take 1 teaspoon oil, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and fry on low flame until they turn aromatic.
    2. Then, add 1 cup roughly chopped methi leaves and fry for a few seconds.
    3. Now, turn off the heat, add half cup grated coconut and toss.
    4. Transfer the contents into the mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste, adding a little water if required.
    5. Pour the paste into a small vessel and also add 1 cup yogurt into it.
    6. Add 2 teaspoons salt and mix well.
    7. For the seasoning, take 1 teaspoon urad dal, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, a handful of curry leaves, 3 red chilli pieces in a small frying pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil and fry until the seeds start to splutter.
    8. Add the seasoning to the tambuli and enjoy this quick and healthy dish with cooked rice.
