Ang general rule po ay hindi liable ang nag comment maliban na lang kung ang comment mismo ay defamatory. Halimbawa, may nag post na "si Juan ay magnanakaw at mandarambong". May nag comment na, "hindi lang magnanakaw si Juan, mamamatay tao din siya". Libel na po ito kasi yung comment mismo ay libelous.
