Although he doesn't have the best technique, he has one of my favorite voices in the industry. I'm happy enough seeing him grow, improve, and slowly get more time to sing with each comeback and concert. I'd rather live without a solo album/song rather than have him not content with his vocals. I think he'd want to reach a level where he's stable enough live to perform solo.
True haha. All of SHINee have unique voices. Key and Onew both have powerful voices but Key has a naturally high timbre while Onew suits lower/mid pitched songs. Jonghyun's voice is suited to R&B/Jazz songs. Taemin has a very airy voice. Onew probably has the best technique, and Minho probably the worst, but I just really like the soft quality of Minho's voice... Unfortunately technique is more important than type.
