  • This is my Pentium III computer, named "Frank". I built Frank from scratch for the sole purpose of converting audio between analog formats and digital ones. Frank contains these components:
    Pentium III (Slot 1) @ 515 MHz
    Voodoo 3 1000 (125 MHz, 16 MB)
    512 PC133 RAM
    CF to IDE Adapter (32GB installed)
    LG 24x CDRW
    Network Everywhere NC100 v2 NIC
    NewQ Platinum 5.25" bay sound interface with FM Tuner
    Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS with 5.25" bay interface
    Roland MA-8 Monitors

    Pioneer SX-1300 Stereo Receiver
    JVC TD-W503 Double Cassette Deck
    TEAC A-1600 Stereophonic Tape Recorder
