What an amazing bass, management @ Fender missed a GOLDEN opportinity to work with one of the legends of bass. Thank you Billy & Yamaha. Going to add an Attitude 3 to the arsenal , soon. Just bought an EBS Billy Sheehan pedal, WOW! After 40+ years playing, I love the tone, very John Entwistle, he'd be proud Billy.
I had a blue attitude limited made in Taiwan, a 10th anniversary in black, and a bb714bs. Those precision were monster p basses. Unreal harmonics and sustain. Loved them dearly! ....now I want another one....dammit..
I bought a cheap one 10 years ago used for 100 bucks as far as I remember unknowing what it was. Never had another bass since and it's still going, and going good with some minor cosmetic changes and everytime i'm looking arround to maybe buy a new one it feels like cheeting on my wife. I guess I can call mine the wife too 😀 one day i'll go for the big boy i'm shure 💪
I really do not understand why isn't this made in the standard series, because what Yamaha is offering now are some of the ugliest basses and guitars ever. Good players but no mojo.

I’ve never fully enjoyed the Attitude’s look. Though this one looks sic. The burst. The ashtray cover. The tinted, or roasted, neck. Love it.
