      ive tried to do it with just the available yeast in the air but its never been that great. would very much like to see this video on starter. thanks for the videos.

      I eat our local honey, and harvest local stinging nettles to make a tincture to take and I take bee pollen too and this as as good as it has gotten for me…. Which is a huge difference than what they use to be.
