I think that the boy should be held accountable as well. Put him in some kind of state school that is alternative through 12th grade. The justice system is NOT working.

Triggers from PTSD can indeed be frighteningly unpredictable, speaking from my struggles with them. My heart goes out to Abby for that. 🙏🏻

don't know how people can even want to be a teacher these days. Kids are nuts these days and a lot of the parents are just as bad.

The removal of the use of corporal punishment has taken away the authority that adults are rightly supposed to have over children. These days kids can get away with just about anything and everything because they don't have to fear getting their bottom smacked for continued naughty, disobedient, disrespectful behaviours. It wasn't like this when I was a child growing up.

And he should have to go to an adult jail too as soon as he reaches the age where he is officially classed as an adult.

This woman suffered so much trauma in what is supposed to be a safe haven for learning. The decline of America as we know it.

She's professional even under the circumstances. I hope she gets every penny and more......incredible story so sad. The childs mother needs more accountability.....I saw no remorse or responsibility from her. This is not normal.....how does a small child have a gun in their book bag? 😮

The assitance prinsipal ighored 3 people who told her to look for a gun., This is obviuos racism. She refused to check the kid cause he was the same shade as her,
